ok! so there was Good and Bad at the pandora event.

so I'll start with the Good! I got my Easter Chick! yey ok so he was a little late but hes sooo cute. and I got him a friend the happy little bird. All the peeps that I've chatted to I said I decided on a suitcase but well the chick tweeted at me and asked me nicley to take his friend home too! how could I resist?

THE BAAAAAAAD!!!!! Ok so the Pandora actual event was a bust! I had a mega Gripe about this store and their terrible customer service so I do prefer to got to the Independant store round the corner but as it was a gold event and the promise of a prize a special limited addition gold box and champers tempted me back in!...

The staff told me there would be champagne and canapes and that it would be heaving so I should reserve my charm. which I did.
Excited little bunny that I am I arrived about 9.15 and met a few other Pandoraholics outside and had a really nice natter. well it t...urned into a discussion about the customer service in the store. alot of really un-happy faithful fans.
There was soo many assistants in that store obviously to deal with the millions of us! at that time there was 4! one of the management bods appeared and said they wouldnt be opening until 10, they werent ready! the email said 9:30! so did the flyers!

eventually we got in, No canapes and the champers... there must of been all of a half a drop in mine, huge glasses and two fingers of bucks fizz with more orange than anything. It took me a while to get the attention of an assistant even though I was first thru the door. I asked a young girl. hello I've reserved an eas...ter chick charm. she looked a little blank. thankfully someone else took on my purchase and was completed swiftly and very friendly so that assistant I will be asking for again! so the exciting prize! wow all the things that were offered. I asked the assistant what was in there she said "spacers but there are some gold." what happed to the love pods ring and the charm bracelet?
I had my go and got my prize. A spacer woo hoo. but then I watched my friends and several other people... the same spacer. I saw about 10 people get spacers. and only one go per person no matter how many beads u buy.

well needless to say I took myself round the corner to Fabulous my favorite local independant store and had a good old natter with the owner and the lovley fella in there waited patiently as I dithered over my second charm. I'm such a Ditherer when it comes to pandora. theres no way the pandora store would of stood the...re and listened to all my stories as I eventually chose my little happy bird to got with my chick. anyone who has the bird you'll understand this, it was the feet that did it its got these cute little feet! Fabulous has the new charms the got them in on wednesday!
ok well that was my"Event" sorry about the long post but well I been so excited about this event and blah... I was disapointed

Its nice to get something for nothing, thats the only consolation of getting such bad customer service in that shop and the bow spacer is one of the nicer spacers too. When I was in London in March I was at their official opening event on Oxford st and I won a SS bracelet so they do actually put some good prizes in the boxes and not all spacers. It was by pure luck that I was there as I didn't even know it was on and it was about 2pm and there wasn't many boxes left to open. My sister got a spacer when it was her turn. I have the chick as well and love it, it is a good size bead and the spacer looks well between your 2 new beads. I had to put a spacer beside mine as I find the chicks wings kind of get stuck in the charm beside him!

my friend says that about the chick. Its Just I really hate to see the good name of Pandora dragged down by bad customer service in a store every other concept store concept store they are fab. Its just this one store!
and on the acount of the prizes the assistant told me, I asked what was in there she said just spacers but some are gold.

I havan't posted for a long time. Just caught up on the reading and the fantastic items everyone has been buying. The pictures are stunning & some great ideas for bracelets there. Have started another for me. Bead box is full. Oh well I shall just have to buy another one.

Ha, easier said than done on the chilling. My purchasing a second Yurman piece has been seriously derailed by Pandora. It has always been one of my most favorite pieces of jewelry and I am sure I will end up with another eventually. You would love it. My Pandora addiction is too great right now though. If you find a magic chill pill let me know. :nuts:

Went to a Pandora event on Friday @ Jared's. If you spent a hundred dollars on Pandora jewelry you receive a free gift which is the Pandora jewelry box. I got the oh my bead and the black leather lariat so I could get the jewelry box. Love Pandora shopping:D
