i have a dealer right under where i live, and i got most of my beads there, that sales assistant, who is a guy, is so patient, and says hi to me whenever i pass the door, even when i'm grocery shopping!

On the other hand, when i go to the concept stores, i get the white eye, like i'm just going to be window shopping. sighs, customer service has a great influence on whether i buy or not!

Thanks so much for all your suggestions. I think I will do another pink murano and also try to balance out the two 'sides' of the lariat. The good thing about the leather is that you can easily take out the knots on any given day if you don't feel like having them (the cord is a bit squiggly then but oh well...) I do like symmetry as well. You're all wonderful - thank you!

Hi Cowleyduck. I am very interested because you mentioned Milton Keynes and I live near there. Was it the concept store that you had the issue with because I too have had problems there. Interesting that they obviously feel they are a cut above their customers!

Oh boy, I was bad. Real bad. I just bought 1 of each color of the pastel candy muranos from elisailana.com. At least they gave me a free pair of elisa ilana earrings with purchase! LOL.

Hello....
I got the new pearl dangle and the light blue murano. Once we eat dinner I will play with them an post.
I wanted 3 of the new white and great muranos but they did not arrive in her shipment . I may drop by the concept store to see them. I am pretty faithful to my local business so I probadly will just wait til my shoppe gets them. We concept shops near me have awful SA's.

Oh yeah I saw the new summer muranos they are abstract swirls they are SUPER FAB!!!!!! And US finally gets pink leather all schedulednfoe summer. BIG NEWS!!!!!!!!

I went to my local Pandora store and finally got my "happy" (budda) bead and I also got the scarab beetle who was too cute to leave there. The SA's were told by their manager it was a tortoise. LOL Are these supposed to be $30? they only charged me $25 each. Oooooooh and I got to see and hold the gold/diamond crown (close as I'll get to owning it). Gorgeous does not begin to describe it. I definitely want a few more of the new ones, but I'm being good. I still have to get the graduation one for my daughter. I hope to be able to get it engraved with her school and the date.

You are probably right, I didn't see any recent feedback either, and I also noticed how Kendalldew's beads didn't sell as fast the last time she posted like they normally do.
