How do you clean the 14ct gold beads???

I use my Blitz cloth (the one for silver, gold and platinum). With the white part I remove the tarnish and dirt. Yes, gold does tarnish, but at a much slower rate than silver, and with the silver part I polish. Please remember if you use this cloth on silver beads don't use it on any that have oxidisation! :banned:

It works beautifully for me and keeps my bracelet very shiny and sparkly!

I received my beads from Kendalldew. The one SS/14K purse clutch sort of looks like it has a gold hue all over the silver. I don't know what it is. Has anyone experienced this before? It has some small scratches too, so I'm wondering if it was a flawed bead?

I got the Princess and the Pea bead as a gift and on the top it does seem to have the gold hue thing going on, on the top.
I have never got a flawed bead from her. Way back when she first started posting she had a comment on a cracked murano but that is the only negative I have seen.

I wouldn't give her a negative, especially since she was accomodating with shipping the beads back out to me. I am considering writing to her to see if she can ship another one out to me if I can't figure out how to get this gold hue off. Mine covers the entire bead and it bothers me. I also don't like the few indentations on it.. like it was worn before

gold hue sounds slight the beginning of tarnish -- do you have a jewelry polishing cloth you can try?

^^ Yep, Waterfall just sent me a few of them! I will try that out along with the soap and water. I didn't know things go gold before tarnish sets in!

Hello I was wondering how to put together an Alice in Wonderland theme bracelet? I thought of the clock, cupcake and I think there is a teacup. What other beads could I use? Maybe the red heart glass bead. Many thanks x

tiffanystar, hmm u can buy two boys (the twins), the bunny, the crown in gold and silver (white queen), the crown in gold with pink gems (the crown of red queen).. If u like more brands u can find the unicorn too and a hat!

The chain is the same thickness as the bracelets but without the threads. They come in one size but the chain lets you lengthen the anklet to fit your ankle.
I love it!
I'll probably wear it with a few beads. I'm thinking of putting the double heart dangle on it.

The double heart dangle would be nice. Is there any threads on anklet like on the bracelet? I don't know if I would completely fill it. It would make for a very heavy anklet!
