Hi, yes I am in WA. I also noticed today that Verity Jewellers is having 20% off all Pandora aswell.... Everywhere I look it is on sale and I am flat broke at the moment!!

To Wear Or Not To Wear???

Do you wear your bracelets in the shower/bath??? Will there be any problems if I do? Are muranos OK with this? Wooden beads? Enamels?
I am so in love with my golden baby I can't bear to be parted from it even for a few minutes shower time!!!

Ilvbeadsalot, I wear my mostly gold and all shiny silver charms bracelet in the shower, in the bath tub, to bed..... everywhere:cloud9:. I've had no trouble. It's not recommended with oxidised bracelets & charms though ( ruins the finish). I would think that it would be the same for the wooden beads...

The newer bracelets have the crown above the "o" on the clasps and the older ones don't. It depends on the stores roll-over. Some have their stock for quite some time....

Just a random question for all you experts ... Does the word PANDORA on the 14ct gold clasp bracelets have a crown above the "O" or not??? TIA. :shrugs:

The newer bracelets have the crown over the O but chances are with the gold clasp bracelets and the all gold bracelets, it may take some time to see those. Pandora has to run out of the non crown bracelets first then they will move on to the newer clasp. I feel like the new ones may be more in price because they are quite a bit bigger in size.

Ilvbeadsalot - I have an all gold baby and I would not dream of wearing her in the shower.... nor do I wear her to bed (the charms dug into my wrist). Its what you feel comfortable with I guess. :shrugs:
Do not wear your bracelet in salt or chlorinated water though!! (if going swimming basically). Even the Pandora site warns against this.

My gold bracelet does not have a crown on her 'O' but as mentioned by Issie I think the turn over will take some time....

They are so special - every single persons creation is golden to them!!!!!!! Like you, I just treasure mine too

Because I love my Pandors bracelet so much and want to preserve the beauty of it, I take my bracelet off when I get home. I would never wear it in the shower since I treat it like fine jewelry! I am unsure what day to day exposure to soaps and shampoo would do. If water is "hard" it may leave deposits on the beads and I wonder what it may do to the beads over time.

I have seen a bracelet worn by someone who told me she never takes her bracelet off. It was dull and looked horrible. Don't know if she was one to bang her bracelet against tables or desks or whether it was from wearing it in the shower. She had a mixture of oxidized and shiny silver beads.

Because you love your bracelet so much and want to preserve the beauty, take this into consideration.
