Hi Girls ...... My first post on here but some useful info from another Pandora addict!

Eryn... I wear a clip on the very end of my bracelet with the safety chain on the other side so nothing can come off or move on to the very end of the bracelet.

Ladies, I tried this tonight and neither of my clips would close on the screw at the end. Am I doing something wrong or am I misunderstanding what you mean. It is driving me nuts that the the chain always wants to screw off.

No, sorry, the clips don't fit over the very end of the bracelet, just over the chain and the clip butts up against the screw end of the bracelet. I added the clip because I was putting my bracelet on in the car one night and next day I realised that a gemstone spacer and another bead must have come off the end onto my skirt and were now sitting miles away in a car park. I then added a safety chain and as they can also screw off, just to be absolutely sure in case the bracelet ever came undone, I put it on the other side of the clip. It also shortens the safety chain slightly.

I now wear two full bracelets so, instead of buying another safety chain, I wear one with the cuffs as the first bead on each bracelet so if the worst ever did happen and the clasp came open on one bracelet, it would be hanging off the other one by the chain. Anyone think this is a good idea?? :graucho:

Hi everyone! I've been a lurker in this thread for a while and I've learned so much while drooling over everyone's pictures!!!

I'm coming out of the shadows now to ask the experts a question: Did Pandora make a silver bead with CZs that was called "Eye of the Storm"? If so, do you know if it is retired and what the retail is/was?

Thanks in advance for any help!!!

I've just seen that bead newly retired on the Denmark Beads website. $40.00. It's out of stock there but might still be available on other website. Good luck!

Go to www.waterfalljewelers.com They have it! $40 USD, I have bought several beads from them, great service, free shipping and they ship really fast. Good luck ;)

I read back a few pages and am not sure if it's been posted, but here is what the new crown looks like:

It's not the best image since it's photocopied to begin with.

It sells for around 700.00 USD. OMG. :faint:

Also, my nearly completed gold. :yahoo:

*I'm still waiting on the safety chain that was ordered* (My jeweler was cleaned out during V-Day.)

I just got the disco'ed diamond dangle today. So happy they found it for me!

*I'm switching out the ruby clips for the diamond ones since the ruby beads were discontinuted* Ack.

I must say this was a tricky one since I too like things balanced with out any space for the safety chain to crawl down onto the bracelet. Annoying! Not to mention the cost of the beads. Can't afford any screw-ups. I planned it out like crazy. I've got tiny wrists and this is 7.9 and like my others fits beautifully.

Though in this picture it looks tight, the beads have plenty of wiggle room to flip and move. :)

I wear my pandora with a silver bead bracelet, for some reason I just like wearing more than one at a time! But I only have about 2 more charms until i'm finished, then I will be working on another bracelet, and I will swap the beaded for the new pandora!!

I'm trying to figure out what I want my next bracelet to be, another silver or one of the leather ones. Does anyone have a favorite? I've read though that you can only put up to 5 charms on the leather ones..in that case, i'd still have to get more bracelets!! :)

Also-nyhockeymom, what kind of dog is that?! Is it a yorkie mix? It's so adorable, I want one!!
I wear two semi-full bracelets on my right wrist and and a black leather one of my left. The leather one doesn't have any beads on it at the moment. I sometimes put the peace charm on it though. :-)

OMG..... ADM (Spanish.... Aye Dios Mio); so beautiful but how come you're switching out the ruby clips for the diamond ones... don't I see two on your bracelet already?

I just bought a safety chain for my pandora bracelet since I don't want to lose it. The lady told me that it was the 5.0 size, but I have a feeling it is the 6.0 size. I measured and seems to be 6.0. When you have a safety chain on your bracelet, can is easily slide off your hand when unclipped? It just seems it will come off too easily, and kind of defeat the purpose of the safety chain in the first place. Any input I would appreciate, please!!

So I just got back from the jeweler and he took some of the links off the safety chain. It fits so much better & i'm not worried about it falling off. If anyone thinks their safety chain is too long, take it to the pandora jeweler! It took literally one minute, i'm so happy!

Is the disco'ed diamond dangle a retired one? I love it. I have a gold bracelet as well and I am doing mine in rubies and a few diamonds. Why would you switch out the ruby clips for diamond ones? The ruby clips are very pretty and they go great with the murano beads. I have always wondered what a gold bracelet with the red murano beads would look like - your bracelet is very pretty.

Originally I was going to add a bunch of sparkly ruby beads as well, but they are too hard to find since they've been discontinued.

~Then I thought just do all diamond and pearl... keep everything "neutral" aside from the red Muranos and dangle.

*I'm going to keep the ruby clips now. If I decide later on diamond clips, then I'll switch them over.*

I'm obsessing/over analyzing this thing! :shame:

**Yes the diamond dangle on the left side has been discontinued. A lot of jewelers have it still, but mine didn't. I'm not sure where they got it from, I'm really glad they found it since it's the exact size and one I wanted for that section. :D

Hello to all! I have read ALL of the pages in the first thread (Yes, I am obsessed) and most of this thread T00!!! PLEASE, buy safety chains! I had my first Pandora with 3 beads and 2 clips on it for 11 days when I lost my bracelet. It was placed on me by Pandora SA just 3 days before hand.

Definitely in total agreement!

Not only does it finish off the look (I don't want to see exposed screws on my bracelets) it protects the bracelet from falling off as well as losing precious beads.

And OMG LeeSyr. That stinks. Have you started another bracelet?

Not sure if I am quoting this correctling. My original was a Christmas gift and lost on the 1/5! My husband purchased a duplicate for me for Valentine's Day!! He even added the bead that I received from my sil as a Christmas gift and added 3 more for V-Day BUT :nuts:didn't buy the safety chain! I will be buying myself the safety chain, as I cannot fathom losing another bracelet. I will post a pic when I figure out the right setting for my camera.
