Each Murano is different. I have received some that are very skinny and others very fat. Each design is also different, as I believe that they are hand painted. As long as the seller has good feedback, I am sure that you are fine! Post pics if you would like, as I have every color of the captivating muranos and will compare for you!

I really never knew the muranos would vary in size, although i did know they were hand made, but i've never noticed such a marked difference before...once it's on the bracelet you cant really tell, so i feel much better about it now. That is one of the reasons why i love this place sooooo much!! :love:

OMG, YES!!! It was so hard getting it on, but persevere and have patience cause they work fantastically well when they're on. Let me know if you manage it!! :smile1:
I've just ordered another leather bracelet, and i'll be getting another two of the rubber lined stoppers for it, that's how good i think they are!

Here are some updated pictures of my bracelets...thanks to MissMegan, I started a ocean/beach theme bracelet. Also, I added a pale pink heart to my double leather...which I just love.

Thank you so much for the compliments, Copper1977, divadivine682 and PandoraScot :hugs: I really am very happy with the way it's turned out, i dont think i'll be messing with it, or changing it at all.

PandoraScot, i've been thinking more about your amazing gold bling baby...as far as i'm aware, there's white silver muranos coming out this season, could be worth waiting to see what they're like if you do decide you'd like white muranos. I just love the idea of white, gold and clear cz's :love:

I dont know if this will help you Copper1977, but before i eventually got mine on through sheer stubborn persistance, i was thinking about blasting it with my hairdryer to see if the rubber would soften up a bit to make it easier...like i say, dont know if it would work but it was what i was going to try!! Good luck :s

My question is, HOW and WHERE do we get them engraved?! I emailed John Greed about it, I didn't hear back, and they already shipped mine, so I know it's too late for them to do it. We don't have this charm for sale in the US, so anyone who has it and knows how to have it engraved, please let me know!!

PS: Love all the new bracelets!! They are beautiful!! Maria, my skinny captivating murano looks just like yours! About the exact same width and mine is from an authorized retailer!

ALSO! I am trying to think of some other beads to go on my pink bracelet. I know I want the breast cancer charm in the center, but I need to think of other ideas for the sides! So far, I have thought of putting the pink pearly enamel flower on each side of it, and maybe a pink murano on each side, and maybe pink or clear oval lights. I want it to remind me of my mom.. so I considered strawberries since she loves strawberries and I always think of her when I hear of or see a strawberry! I know I can't have too many beads since it's leather! Any suggestions!?

Miss Kris, I don't know about Pandora engraving specifically, but could you take it to your local jeweler and have them do it? I had a pocket watch engraved for my husband for a gift one year, and my local jeweler did it right in the store. I have also heard of people having their local jeweler engrave a wedding date or initials on the bottom of the wedding cake bead, so I bet it wouldn't be too much different than that. Good luck with it, I think it's such a nice idea to have that charm engraved.
