Ladies Ms.Kris is right. I have replaced mine once in 3yrs I have been collecting. Some shoppes around me stop selling them due to the returns. I don't mind replacing it but with prices on the rise it may hurt more .

@ diva and maria
gave my charms a clean and theyre so shiiiiny...thanks girls :flowers:
how often do you wash your charms?
i should've done it sooner as my oldest charms i wasn't able to completely remove the tarnish/marks oh well they still look a whole lot better :D

I have, twice. Perfectly happy with everything, genuine beads and really quick - quicker than some in the UK!! I see some of her feedback concerns tarnished beads that people think are used or not genuine...i think some of those will be from buyers who maybe dont realise that Pandora use oxidisation on their beads for emphasis.
Hope this helps :smile1:

Be VERY careful with this girls as the makers of the FAKE Pandoras are getting VERY good at doing superfakes- where it is VERY hard to see the difference if any- the quality of the silver may not be as good. I got some from Jewels2005 that a few of us were badly stung by earlier on last year. It was very hard to tell the diffence- I ended up buying the beads again though and there were VERY tiny slight differnces- but the tarnish of the silver was awful and i'm talking u were unable to get the blackness off beads like the little boy and even the bunny which is quite bright usually. I personally would NEVER BUY any PAndora from ebay as the sellers often pass them off as the real deal when they are certainly fake.

After all how do u think that they are selling soooo much cheaper- Pandora would not deal with these people so where are they getting the beads from?

I'm not saying all ebay sellers sell fakes- because i've sold off some of my used beads myself, but be aware of those selling heaps of Pandora beads that are supposed to be new, on ebay.

be veryyyy careful. I'm not sure if you are aware of what happened to many of us with the seller "Jewels-2005", but they had similar feedback and were also from the Netherlands if I remember correctly. Many of us took the chance and bought anyway since the prices were so good. What they did was ship out some real and new Pandora beads in order to get good feedback, but to many of us, sent used, damaged, and fake beads. Getting a refund was next to impossible as no jeweler was willing to authenticate the beads in writing, which is required for a chargeback. We all got screwed out of 100s of dollars.

With that said, I have personally never dealt with this seller but from reading the feedback, it sounds horribly similar to the jewels-2005 saga. Better to spend the extra money up front and save yourself the headache later.

Sorry i just read this after i posted my comment- but certainly looks like i'm NOT the only one cautious of ebay sellers. And from memory Miss Kris lost more than i did.

oh and just to add my Pandora stockist said they looked genuine when i took them in and told them the story- they were so very close to the actual Pandora- it wasn't till i got them from my stockist and took them home i saw a few tiny differences and then after wearing them I saw the MAJOR difference in the Tarnishing.

I completely agree. Usually, when you see a seller has several negatives, no matter how many positives they have, you should be aware that likely they are unsafe to deal with. When a seller sells 1000s of items, likely you will have a few unhappy customers; and thus, negative feedback. However, when you have 60+ negatives and neutrals, it is cause for concern, especially when the seller is selling 100s of the same products. I, too, have found the smaller sellers are more legit than those who sell 100s of beads at "low" prices. JMO though!

Oh yes, the tarnish was HORRIBLE. Horrible to the point that it was impossible to see any detail on the charms. It scares me that this Marcella seller has similar negatives written about her in regards to tarnish. The beads were definitely close to being real, but were missing some important details and were slightly smaller in size. You wouldn't be able to tell unless you had the exact authentic bead sitting next to it. Pleasee be careful! I lost several hundred dollars to this Jewels-2005 and even though ebay removed the seller's account, they refused to give us refunds.

Just giving my babies a bath now- OMG they needed it! I used to wash them and buff them every week, but now with 2 it takes me AGES- like a few hours, so it happenes properly only once every month or so- I between I just give them a good rub under the tap occassionaly with liquid hand soap while i wash my hands.

It's the 1st time i've actually removed all my beads from everything i have at once- i have them all lined up air drying- now i'm off to polish them and play- I have my new photos so i can easily put them back if i don't like what happens.

Ok lazy day here not done much ecept feed kids and myself lunch mop floors and look at Pandora- i was checking out the facebook page Kylie mentioned on the previous page- I can't leave the house without my Pandora on. Then I came across the other Facebook Page- OMG it has some beautiful photos picture- be warned though it could start off many new ideas for bracelets- Maria, I think u should resist looking- I'm in LOVE with so many new ideas.

Hope you're all on Face book so u can check out the 253 photos on the Pandora Addiction page. Wow- it even had pics of the little Pandora shop- it's in the UK- i doubt i'll get to visit it though when i go over as it's in Leeds. actually i just checked out the link and it appears u can see all the photos without a Facebook account. So have FUN looking x

Thanks Miss Kris and Pandoraholic for the warnings about eBay sellers. I suppose i never thought about it properly before - i always thought the fakes would be sooo obvious that i'd notice, but obviously they're getting good with the fakes now
Miss Kris, thats horrendous you lost so much money :censor: And you weren't even compensated, that's worse, i thought eBay had measures in place to protect buyers.
From now on i'll be sticking to the two or three UK eBay sellers i know are genuine.

Pandoraholic...i should have taken your advice. I should have listened to your warning. I looked at the facebook page.
I got to page 118/119 and i knew i couldn't go any further, the green bracelet killed me!!!

Glad to hear your babies are looking good :yahoo:
As Pandoraholic said, if you've got more than one bracelet, it can take a while to give them all a bath if you're taking all the beads off, so i don't do it all that often. Maybe once every 4 or 5 weeks. Or if i'm having a big move around with the beads, i'll do it then.
However, with the silver polishing cloth, i'll give them a quick rub whenever i think about it, every couple of days maybe.

Go on take a look at the rest when u have time- i actually started from the last pic and those were more of the made up ones from the jewellers which were great- alot of the 1st 100 were ones i'd already seen from Pandora catalogues postcards and promotional stuff- great to see again though!

Well i've spent all evening- yes how sad- re arranging my bracelets 20 times and yes u guessed it they are back to how they were- i got the gold/2tone one looking great with all gold or 2 tone beads and all 4 of my dangles it looked quite nice. But i just couldn't get happy with my silver one- i tried 4 and 5 muranos using the purple flowers plus the 2 pink spots muranos from my lariat but i just couldn't get the silver beads i had to work with it- huh wasted evening- oh well it re affirms that i'm happy with how they are. PAY day next week wonder if i can get a 3rd- no i must NOT i have to save for spending money for our month holiday with hubby and kids in june.

Ok i've managed to do a tiny bit of rearranging to my 2tones with purple on silver bracelet- i have now managed to get in my treasure chest so i now have no homless beads- now if i stop looking i don't actually need to start a 3rd bracelet- phew. LOL

I do though still need 2 extras for my lariat- so god help me not to get any new ideas while i'm in there- and i have ALWAYS wanted the mother of pearl hearts bead in white and black- oh the pain of having no room left and not wanting to start another.

UK or Aussie ladies-

does anyone know of a website that will ship to the US?

All I can find are sites that don't carry the Happy Buddha or sites that don't ship Pandora to the states.

Any ideas? I have my heart set on him, but don't know how to get him :/
thanks.

John Greed ship internationally and I couldnt fault them at all http://www.johngreeddesign.co.uk and if you do find yourself struggling Id be more than happy to see if my concept store has one and pop it in the post x

Cant believe i'm at work...i need to have a proper look at all the goodies, and i cant really do it here. Five hours till i get home then i'm checking out that site in great depth ;)

Pandoraholic...that's the problem - if we stopped looking we'd never need to start a new bracelet. So, just how do i stop looking...?
