Hi Maria1978
Thanks for the welcome. I am in Edinburgh, what about you?
A new pandora concept store opened here in November so I am spoilt for choice with beads - it is my new favourite shop!!
Ann

Ann, i love Edinburgh, i stayed up there for a few years when i was studying. Always wanted to move back up one day.
I'm in a wee place called Annan, which is down in Dumfries & Galloway. The best part about this place is that i'm 15 miles from the Pandora concept store, and 15 miles in the opposite direction from the gold stockist!!:yahoo:
I think in some ways i'm glad i dont live closer to a Pandora store - i'd end up spending even more money than i already do!!:graucho:

Pandoraholic...just for you - my modelling!
The first two are how i would wear the three bracelets together - i tried to arrange them all to look pretty for the camera, but they just wouldn't pose at all!! ;)
And it was very hard to take a pic with my left hand as i'm normally right handed, so i hope you appreciate the trouble i went to, LOL!! :lawl:
The third pic is my work in progress (as they all are tbh, apart from the blue), my newly begun black. This is how i wear it, with my watch.

By the way, dontcha just love my animal print robe?! LOL! ;)

Gosh, I feel like I just started posting again and then I had to be away for awhile because my grandma died. Anyways, I'm back again and love all of the new pictures!!

Laurie_lou - love your bracelets! To answer your question -- my bracelets were put on hold for awhile (bead ban!) but are starting up again! I sold alot of charms (I was trying to collect the entire collection but realized if I can't find a use/meaning for them on a bracelet, they aren't worth holding on to!), but I still have many left! I keep them all in my Pandora jewelry box and switch them off onto different bracelets!

Today is my birthday and I got the lion charm, mother of pearl hearts charm in white, best friend charm, and brown leather bracelet from my boyfriend! For those of you who have the leather bracelet, how do you like it? Any problems at all?

Happy Birthdayy! I'm so sorry about your Grandma but hope you are getting on well. You will have to post some pics of your bracelets as they are now. Thanks for your compliment about my bracelet i'm liking it atm craving more gold though :) I have a single leather breast cancer bracelet but don't wear it as i don't like leather but just wanted to support breast cancer as i was born in October (bc awareness month) and my nanny died fromk it x

:balloon:Happy Birthday Miss Kris:balloon:

I had the pearl/champagne coloured single strand leather bracelet, and i ended up selling it on eBay. It annoyed me because the beads i had on it always fell under my wrist, you couldn't put clips on it...and Pandora dont recommend you wear more than 6 - 8 beads on it because of the weight of them, the bracelet wont hold it. I think they can look really nice with one or two beads, but that's just not me - the more beads the better! :p

I think the leather bracelets are lovely. I don't have one~yet! My suggestion for making sure that your beads don't always fall to the clasp is to size down on your bracelet size. For our silver (or gold) ones that we plan to fill, we need to size up to make sure there is enough room for our beads and our wrists. Because you aren't going to fill your leather bracelet, you won't need all of that extra room and the beads won't have so much room to move around and congregate at the clasp!

Sexy robe :p

Your bracelet looks great with your watch. I like your 'groovy' bead, I chose the same charm last week. Really like the gold version but decided to be sensible and go for the sterling.

I bet your camera has a self timer function.... try it and then you can pose without having to juggle the camera??? You just have to line up the lens with your bracelet/hand.

Thank you Steph...i'm glad someone thinks my robe is sexy!! lol!
I just got the groovy bead last week too. One of the girls who works for me got it as a Christmas present, but didn't like it, she wanted the web instead. So i bought her the web (off eBay, so it was cheaper than it would've been in the shops), and she gave me her groovy...I done quite well out of it!

Hmm, never thought about using the timer on my camera...would make sense - that'd be why i didn't think of it!!

:party:Miss Kris HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO U...LA LA LA... HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO U.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR MISS KRIS ....HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO U:party:

So sorry to hear about your Grandmother xxx

Glad you are back on here- can't wait to see your new pics of what you are currently wearing. Mine haven't changed too much but enough for me to re post pics yesterday:o)

Hi, I got a Pandora bracelet for my 5 year old daughter and the smallest size they make is 6.3 inches (not sure what that translates to in centimeters). It is a little big on her but looks adorable and she is very proud of it. She has only a few charms on it b/c it was too heavy with more. I'm saving those for her when she decides she wants more charms on there. Right now she has two crazy clips, a pineapple (for Spongebob), a frog (for princess), an "A" (for her name) and two silver heart spacers. It's so much fun to buy charms for a little girl.

Dalmunchkin Funny u mention this- i was actually looking all through the pic thread we have going and saw your daughters bracelet this was just last night, also one other small bracelet is pictured which was gorgeous i think it was of Golden Touch's step daughter.

So if anyone want to check out the cute little girls Pandora's Dalmunchkin's dfaughters is on page 6 of the other thread and Golden Touches is on page 4 (my daughters I posted yesterday so it's on page 11-i think)

Golden touch I must just mention that I am so pleased for you with your pregnancy and will keep u in my thoughts and prayers. So a BIG CONGRATULATIONS xxx

I do LOVE your animal print Robe and if I had one i'd wear it with pride too!!!

It must be heavy to wear all 3 together???? Do u find they scratch on each other? How often do you wear them all together- do u ever wear just one or 2?

I like the minimal effect also of the oxidised bracelet- I may try this for myself although i know it'll end up filled I don't think i'd be able to restrain myself and not add to it!

^^ I dont actually find it that heavy with the three of them together...in the past i used to be a bit of a goth, so i've always been used to big, chunky jewellery! My wrist feels very light when i only have one on. Which i do do. Especially lately, i've not really been wearing my pink, because of my "issues" with it, so its usually just the blue and two tone, which looks really pretty together. But one is just as stunning and effective.

And i haven't noticed them being scratched at all...there's a quote by someone, that says jewellery must be the last thing you put on in the morning before you go out, and the first thing you take off when you come home, i certainly follow that rule :smile1:

Oh, that's what i was going to ask...has anyone noticed their clasp getting looser at all? On three of my bracelets, the clasp is as tight as it was when i first got it (the one on my two-tone actually verges on being impossible to open!), but my pink themed oxidised bracelet's clasp is getting loose. Well, not loose, just not as tight as it used to be.
So i phoned up my concept store today and asked them about it. The lady i spoke to said they would send it away to Pandora to be fixed, but that it could take two weeks.

Yikes! Don't know if i can bear to be parted from it for so long! :sweatdrop: Has anyone else ever heard of this??

I sometimes wear two bracelets together, but not 2 full ones. I have a bracelet that only has 4 beads and clips. I wear that one with my full two-tone one. I think that they compliment each other and the look isn't too heavy or overpowering. Both bracelets can be seen and appreciated (even if it is only by me) and they don't rub together and scratch.

I have tried to wear 2 full ones together, but it just doesn't look or feel right on me. I admire it on other people's wrists, but mine doesn't like it.
