Wow, everyone has been busy since Christmas! Lovely bracelets posted over the past week!

I got the gold flower power bead for Christmas and a gift certificate which I used to order two gold hearts. My two tone bracelet is symmetrical so I wanted to match the other gold flower power bead I have and the gold heart I have been wanting for a long time.

Jenny, as to size of bracelet I have heard either measure your wrist and add between an inch and an inch and a half, or that you should be able to fit two fingers underneath between the bracelet and your wrist. A 7.9 sounds big if you have a small wrist. I have a tiny wrist and I wear the 7.1. I guess it depends on how you like to wear it, and also how many beads and especially how many Muranos (they are a little bigger) you plan to put on it. Some of the ladies on here have many bracelets so someone else may have advice to add.

Hi Ladies
I am new to this forum. I got my bracelet for my birthday which was in November. I then got a few charms for Christmas.
I have thoroughly enjoyed browsing this forum and looking at all of your lovely bracelets. It is very addictive - I can't stop planning what to buy next!
Here is a picture of my bracelet. Can't wait to add to it.

I have a few charms on eBay right now and was chatting with a bidder. She mentioned she made a bracelet with the wood beads. As you know, I'm building a brown theme bracelet and I'm been waiting patiently for my two local dealers to get stock of the wood beads. I sure wish I had a 'gold' Pandora dealer nearby, I suspect they maintain a nice stock of charms.

I have not purchased online (yet) but I do like Denmark Beads site especially since they wet my appetite with their gorgeous completed-bracelet section!!!!:D

Anyway, I was just wondering if you gals buy most of your charms locally or online? Inquiring minds want to know.

Steph~ The new Pandora catalog says that the wooden beads are only available at Pandora concept shops or Pandora stores...Gold dealers won't have them right now. I hope that they will become available in other places in the future, but in the meantime, I got mine at the PandoraMoa website. The only concept shop anywhere near me is 150 miles away...a little too far for a quick trip! LOL

I don't usually buy my beads on-line because I like to see them and play with them on my bracelet. In the case of the wooden beads, I really really wanted to give them to my mom for Christmas, so I went to PandoraMOA. The service was great, shipping was fast, and returns there are easy. In addition to the wooden beads, I got my mom and myself rings from the new Liquid Silver line from Pandora! They are beautiful, but the ring I got my mom was too big. I returned it on Monday and had my replacement by Wednesday!!! ~super fast!~

Welcome! And you are off to a great start! :)

GiveMeGold,

Oh my gosh, I didn't realize the wood beads are in short supply.... I may order online then. I have two local dealers within 30 miles of my home and they both report that they are at the 'mercy' of Pandora. I ordered some brown oval lights in early November, not realizing I may not see them until Summer, LOL.

So, I suspect I am not close to a concept store. I used to live in the San Francisco area where there is a nice Pandora store but now live in Oregon where there are plenty of trees but not a lot in the way of high-end shopping. Frankly, I'm thrilled to have two dealers in our area and while I was vacationing last week I picked up two more charms to add to my brown theme bracelet.

What is Pandora MOA????? Website addy please?

My daughter is in college and as such can't afford to buy me Pandora goodies but when she grows into a successful career woman I hope she is as generous as you are to your Mom!!!!

Here is a pic of my recent purchase, top left charm with little brown CZ's. So sparkly!!!! I purchased two of each of the charms shown but I was just playing with a new camera lens and put the beads on the mirror and thought it was pretty fun to see a mirror image of each bead. Yipee, MORE charms!!!!! :yahoo:

OMG that's taken me AGES to read all the post from the last week while i've been away camping, the thread is moving as quickly as it used to this time last year.Welcome back to a few old faces and some newies on here- this thread can be BAD for your wallet so be warned!!!

Well i had fun in the Sun this week, but there appeared to be no Pandora Stockist in Phillip Island where i went. Plenty of sun, seals and little fairy penguins but no Pandora- good for the wallet but:sad: i couldn't get another charm to represent my trip :o(

Anyway this week i left behind my beautiful 2 tone pink bracelet (which i wear 6 out of 7 days a week) and took my purple one with me- having removed my treasure chest to fit my Christmas Tree i did a little swapping around and found that i fell in love :cloud9:with my 2nd bracelet all over again- seen as i didn't have the opportunity to wear my pink 2tone one.

Huh don't want to give up my treasure chest though i got him from our 1st camping trip together as a family- huh does this mean a 3rd bracelet is in the making???? Oh no dangerous- my 5 year olds bracelet is nearly full now 2. She got the pram from me and the monkey with baby from my MIL for Christmas- she needs some clips now i think.

:party:HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL:party:

:coolpics: everyone btw- keep them coming- i'll try and take up dated ones of mine and my babies one today to post for you.

thank you Babyskulls! :smile1:
wow i would be amazed if that happened when i was in a pandora store

and thank you as well Maria. Ive seen the pink swirly one and i think its the last murano im going to buy for this bracelet. you should go for it! and yes i think the HCA Hat found a new home with me. i will keep the add up until it expires but i doubt anyone will become concerned about finding the bead if they havent already.

best wishes on the baby and your grandma Golden Touch you have a lovely collection of beads so far :smile1:

2 Tone flowers Ball with clear CZ's-suprise from Hubby for Christmas 2008.
Gold & Ruby flower Spacer from my MIL and FIL for my 30th Birthday in May 2009
2 tone Apple forgetting the worm i've eaten alot of apples this year and got myself this bead to represent healthy eating after I lost my 1st 10 kilos earlier in 2009- i've now lost 28 kilo since feb 2009 (for u guys from the USA that's 62 pounds and for the guys from GB- that's 4.4 stones)
The Gold Saftey Chainthis was my suprise 30th birthday pressie from my hubby in May 09.

Hello! I was speaking to a very nice lady while buying some overstock Pandora beads and she mentioned this forum.. I just wanted to say hello to everyone and that I have no idea how this works.... Pandora on the other hand is my natural talent/addiction... I have even thought of trying to get some outside help with it but then I think to myself .. just one more bead .. bracelet... necklace... I look forward to reading posts.... Thanks for listening....

Pandora009.jpg

My Leather Lariat- which the kids got me the muranos and spacers for, for Xmas.- i haven't finished with it yet.I will add a pink CZ bead either side of the current beads- Prob the same one each side to balance- open to sugestions but i'm thinking the swirly Pink CZ one- looks a little like 4 roses each side?!

Pandora006.jpg

And this is the little older style Pandora Parrot clasp Bracelet which i started for my then 4 year old daughter for Valentines day 2009. Hubby and my mIL have also added to it for her but mainly myself- of course- it allows me to get the cute charms i maybe have no other reason to wear myself. She picked out ALL the charms herself apart from the retired bear head, giraffe and angel which i passed on to her from my bracelet.

Hi AnnBar :welcome2: Your bracelet is off to a lovely start, hope you'll let us know how you're getting on with it! :smile1:
BTW, where abouts in Scotland are you? I'm being nosey, hope you dont mind!

Steph, your new beads are beeyoutifull! I do love the captivating muranos. Gosh, i'd die of impatience if i ever had to wait that long for beads. I'm very lucky in that i'm near a gold stockist and a concept store, but i'll quite often buy from eBay or from online suppliers if i'm working loads and cant squeeze in a shopping trip.
