My photos just won't link, I give up. I have a SmugMug account and am able to link photos on other forums and in fact I just listed an eBay auction for some beads I have remorse on. I know the photo links work because the eBay pics show up on my auction page. Maybe I'll try a free site and see if that solves the problem?

Love those wood beads, wish our local dealer would get stock.

I too got a Pandora ornament, my 'gift' for spending $2500 on beads. Someone should have warned me that these bracelets can get a tad spendy when you deviate from the sterling only beads, LOL.

I recently read that Pandora attracts a younger demographic and Toll Beads attracts an older audience. I don't fit the profile...... I get the feeling that I'm the old lady of the group. Am I the only one having hot flashes around here? :yahoo:

I'm doing it thru photobucket, are you?

I'm sorry, I'm of no help to you whatsoever on the photos...unless its basic stuff, i'm useless!

And i dont think thats necessarily correct about the age thing...I've seen teenagers with Pandora, and much "older" ladies with it too. If you like it, wear it, who cares how old you are!:p

Wow, you've been lucky with your goodies!! I tend to go to two stores...the 'Gold' stockist is nearer me, but i prefer the concept store...maybe i should concentrate my affections on one or the other, see if they'll appreciate me by showering me with freebies too! lol! :graucho:

I've been looking through the pictures thread, and i did see some gorgeous yellow and two tone bracelets, thats definately the route for me. Oh, and i saw your bracelets, my god they're beautiful:heart: I swear i drooled. A lot. And i dont think i'm finished drooling yet!!
I sorted out my pink bracelet tonight, got the gold onto the yellow one, and they're both looking good:D
Off to bed now to dream of gold topped christmas trees, gold safety chains and clutch purses...sigh!:cloud9:

See you at the next PA meeting!

Thanks for your kind words. I LOVE my 2 Tone and Pink bracelet soooooo much- I think it has changed a little since my last posted pic- I took some new photos to show u the other day but cannot find the lead to load them onto the computer :o(

I'm having issues with my silver and purple bracelet it has a few things different since last pic posted in July 09 (on other thread). I've added the Gold/SS Shoe Dangle and the Gold/ss Anchor Dangle and the Amethest Love Knott- I think that's it but i have neither the photo or bracelet in front of me at the moment. Anyway, I just don't like the fact that i'm sooooo in Luv with my Pinks Bracelet that my purple one is getting rather neglected. I think it's one i prefer to wear with Black pants (not underwear- i'm from England but living in OZ 7 years has changed my personal dictionary heaps)and now it's summer in oz alot of my clothes are pinks and browns which don't suit it.

Anyways so i took it into my local store to review it and was told to leave it alone it was nice as it is- LOL So instead I ended up getting a few beads for my Lariat but have to wait till Xmas as it's supposed to be my pressie from the kids. It is VERY similiar to RubyJewels (think that's how she spells it-sorry if i'm wrong) i have got the same three muranos and 2 of the silver Rose/scroll spacers to go inbetween- so it is purple and pink- WHAT A SURPRISE!!!!!

Sakthorp, don't worry I think that Pandora is for people of all ages! I'm 40 and I love my Pandora bracelets; my 5 year old daughter and my 80 year old mother wear them as well! My mom's is more elegant with more gold and my daughter's is silver only, so it's great, you can tailor it for any age.

Pandoraholic,

Here are a few pics of my 2 tone Pandora bracelet with the Tiffany & Co. RTT Bead Bracelet. Its very small but I really love it layered with my Pandora and watch.View attachment 963543

Thanks soooo much for posting the pics of the 2 together. I'm certainly loving the Tiffany bracelet too and they look nice together with your Pandora- I might go the larger bead bracelet- but that will not go with my Pandora Bracelet- oh hard desisions- have to wait till i go to the UK in June- I'm going via HongKong and there are plenty of Duty Free Tiffany and Co stores there.

Come to think of it does anyone know if Pandora is sold in Hong Kong yet??? If it is does anyone know how reasonable it is? Though that depends on the exchange rates between the different countries.

When i used to chat on here all the time around 6 mths plus ago- there were lot's of older ladie on here and much younger for that matter. So as Dalmunchkin says PANDORA is for EVERYONE it has something for almoast all tastes and budgets. Though be careful u can easily spend thousands without really meaning to. Just don't add it up on the Pandora site- i created both my bracelets on the bracelet builders online and OMG nearly fell off my chair and i know there's people on here who have alot more value on there's than i do- It's easily done- but WORTH it!!!!!!:yahoo:

I work at a Pandora store and we have ladies of every age wearing them. I had a lady in yesterday buying for her 13 year old daughter. She says ALL the 13 yr olds have one and her daughter has to get one for Christmas. Even little girls have them. I think Pandora is for all ages.

Pandoraholic i know exactly what you mean about neglecting bracelets, thats why i wear all 3 of mine together, just so none of them feel left out!:weird: I usually have all three on my right wrist, but yesterday i just had my pink one on (i was running late for work & only had time to put one on!) and my wrist felt soooo light, like something was missing!

Your lariat beads sound gorgeous, you must post some pics when you get them after Christmas:yes: My OHs son was asking me what i'd like for christmas and i gave him a catalogue with some beads marked off that i'd like, so he can choose one. The options were the present, dice, everlasting love, the pink spiral murano and my initial - M. So we'll see :smile1:

And as for adding up the value of your bracelets..no way in a million years am i going to do that. Ever. A lady who works for me just commented today that they must be worth a fortune, and wanted me to add it up! NOOOOO!! I'm guessing around the £2000 mark (sorry, dont know what that would be in $, US or AU!), but i wouldn't be surprised if it was more. But i enjoy them, i wear them everyday, i love the compliments (how vain!!) and its my hard earned cash, so so what!!

Maria..... You wear THREE  bracelets at the same time? Wow, does that count as exercise or what? :p

I didn't realize how addictive collecting these little beads would be, nor how it would deplete my bank account! When my husband got me the bracelet and a few beads, I thought that I'd take my time building a bracelet but quickly discovered that the completed third portion in between the two clips would 'fall' underneath my wrist and it would need constant adjustment. So I need to complete it to wear it comfortably. It's too bad since I like the look of a partial bracelet.

I would LOVE a all gold bracelet but I don't think it would be a good investment because I consider this type of jewelry to be fashionable and 'trendy' unlike other gold I have that is timeless. Still, it's tempting to consider :graucho:

^^^ Steph, in all honesty, i really don't notice the weight of the bracelets much when i'm wearing them, unless i only have one or two on, then i feel light. IDK why, maybe its because they jewellery i tend to wear is big anyway. Or maybe i'm just super-strong, lol! :lolots: I might post a modelling pic later.

And i'm very much with you on the addictiveness of it...I started my first Pandora with the view to making it meaningful, building it slowly, over the years. HA!!! That didn't work. Seven months later i'm on my third bracelet:blushing:

About six weeks ago I ran into an acquaintance who was wearing two Pandora bracelets. I had never seen one before. I just could not take my eyes off her little charms and as soon as I returned home I began researching Pandora.

So, Maria, consider that you might be held personally responsible for spreading bead addiction to those who admire your three bracelets..... it's quite possible :p

I fear a twelve step program is in my near future. The tip off that you hae a problem is when you dream of beads! :blushing:

Yeah, it would be fun to see your wrist graced with three bracelets!:yahoo:

Dont think i've dreamt about beads just yet!

How did everyone get started with Pandora? I know you said Steph, just wondered about everyone else. I seen my first one when i was talking to girl in a shop (not a Pandora one!) and i couldn't stop staring at her bracelet, and i just had to ask her about it! She had some of the Chamilia Disney beads, and i thought they were soooo adoreable, some Pandora, some Troll, just a nice mix. So i done a bit of online research and i fell in love!

So, here we go, my modelling career has begun:

That was "fun"...i had all my beads set out nicely to take the picture, then realised my memory card was full! :cursing:So the beads are all over the place in the pic, as they would be naturally, when they're not posing!
