I went to a favorite Pandora retailer earlier in the week and got the travel jewelry box for free with purchase. I got the choice between the clasp opener or the jewelry box. I have never had any trouble with the clasps on my bracelets, so it was an easy choice for me. That, I huess, was my local promotion of the month.

I am actually a little upset with Pandora right now - I sent an email to their customer service asking how to obtain the boxes that are provided in the store and they provided ZERO help and basically told me that whatever I got in the store that I bought the bracelet from (Jared) was what I should be happy with!

I have just come back from an awards ceremony and won an award for a piece of work I was involved in! :yahoo: I want to celebrate by buying a bead but cant think of any which would be appropriate.... I ideally would like to buy a 'star' but pandora dont do one, do they? It was a real blood, sweat and tears project and I made a lot of friends whilst doing this work..... Anyone got any suggestions for any beads which might be suitable to commemorate the event? I cant think.....!

You may want to get the gold bouquet for all of your hard work! Think of it as the bouquet you get at award ceremonies!!!:p

pandora does have a 2tone star dangle. and the star is in gold. which i think is brilliant, for your circumstances!!

this could represent the award you won. even though its a crown, its still represents the same idea - ie like how they win crowns/tiaras in beauty pagents? lol

this one is called Pandora Star Charm with Natural Coloured Diamonds Charm, which could work well with your star idea and then all the extra stars could represent the new friends you made by working on the project??

First off...congrats! :) I don't know if you want just silver, gold, or two-tone...but how about..

Firstly ChocolateAful - Can't imagine how HOT it must be, we are having quite hot weather too at the moment...hey I'm enjoying the tennis.

Secondly lvchicago - When I received my bracelet it was not in the proper 'Pandora' box they usually supply you with, because apparently they had run out over the Christmas period. It bugged me though, however I was in a store the other day and asked if I could buy one, she said don't worry and just gave me one. So you could just ask in a few stores that sell Pandora and might strike someone nice..

Thirdly - love all your ideas for neenabengals and that special 'star' bead!!

There are two Pandora events in my area next week. One is if you spend over $100 you get a free diamond set in your choice of bead. The other one is if you spend over $100 you get a free jewelry roll (:confused1:). I think I'll do the free diamond :p.

Embarrassing question for you "not quite full bracelet owners"...:blushing:
Do any of you get your arm hairs pulled out by the chain of the bracelet? I'm hoping with more charms, this will not happen as much :sad:. (An incentive to buy more charms FAST!).

vivi1205, can't say that I have that problem but I've only got 9 charms so far...

Next month my husband and I are off on a 'Harley Davidson' ralley to Wellington by bike of course, I'd love to get a bead to remind me of the trip, but apart from the 'journey' bead I can't think of anything (there's no motorbike charms as such...)
I would welcome any ideas?

I have troubles with hair pulling too and I have very little in the way of arm hair, so you are not alone there. :)

It is my birthday!! :tup: I got birthday wishes emailed to me from the forum owners. How great is that??
Yesterday I went shopping with my dh and we bought beads! I got a new bracelet and 2 clips. :yahoo:

And Vivi yes that happened to me initially, I dont know if it doesnt now due to more beads on my bracelet,or maybe I havent noticed that my wrist is bald by now hehehehee

Okay my bracelet is probably about 4-5 beads from being full...but I like it this way.Anybody else considered theirs finished at this point?? I like the extra movement.

I did upgrade it to the ss/gold bracelet:) Ill post pics this evening.

I went out to dinner tonight, Chinese... and by coincidence it was celebrating Chinese New Year night too. So there was a dragon, lion and loud drumming with cymbals, a big firework was lit off as well. Great fun. My friend gave me a bead for my present. I got a teal green enamel bead! I just love it. I'd been eyeing that one off for a long time. :)

From my dh I got 2 Chamilia clips - I really like them because they lock anywhere on the bracelet and are not reliant on the threads and a silver bracelet. I did rather well actually, oh and a new top (clothes not beads) .... makes up for all the years he's been a tad.... well... slack. lol.
