I purchased the ugly duckling and the asian symbol beads at the Green Boutique a couple of months ago. They do have a tray of retired ones and they do not mark them up when they are retired. I love them because they will get a bunch out at once and let me play with them to see what I want and they absolutely do not pressure customers.

I almost had to chew my arm off to escape from Bond without buying any of the beads at which I had looked. On top of that, they were not knowledgeble at all about what they were selling. I won't go back there.

I am so jealous!!!! I want the cupcake so much :) I can't wait for the new beads to be at the stores so I can see them IRL and decide which ones I want to get. I'm thinking about starting a whole new bracelet for fall even though my first one isn't even full! Then one can have brite summery beads and the other can be bolder fall colors, but I'm still not sure.

You're welcome! I'm pretty sure the new beads are in stores; they're just not allowed to sell online until 10-1. There must be stores in Chicago that will have them by now - and that will have trunk shows or specials soon, too.

I need to post a pic soon - I have 16 or 17 beads already on my bracelet! Only room for 4 more!

The lady from Christian Bernard in water tower mall called me to let me know they will have the new beads - I'm just weary to go in BC I know I will want to buy and ill have to pay almost 11% tax - downtown is just so crazy! And they don't even have any specials like your stora! So sad! Oh well!

I have 11 beads on my bracelet! 3 are glass ones that are not pandora and the rest are! To be honest I bought maybe 5 or 6 other non pandora BC I loved the style and none of them are comparable! Sure they are nice and cute but they are not the same size so they just don't work!

I'm surprised that so many people are bothered by the beads being different sizes... I think my Pandora and Chamilia beads look cute together! My Chamilia frog prince and Pandora murano bead are the two biggest, then my 2 locks and my one dangly one are the smallest. I just staggered them so they're all mixed up :shrugs:

I was bought a bracelet for my bday, even though I already have a bracelet that is 3/4 full. should I return it to exhange for a few beads and a safety chain, or shall I keep it, and buy more beads when I can afford it. I do plan on having more than one bracelet anyway, but I wanted to to complete one before I start another. wot do you think?

I would keep it so you can start a new one! I don't know what theme/colors you are doing on your first but you could make a totally different on the second. That way you can get some new beads you wouldn't have bought otherwise! I currently have a summer colored one and want to start a new one with darker colors.... It all depends on your likes I guess! Good luck making a decision and happy belated birthday!

Does anybody know if there is an online store in the US that sells the lovelinks beads? I want to try their glass beads for my pandora bracelet - I really like the magenta/fushia color - I went on the lovelinks site and it provides 3 stroes - none of which I can find online : ( and they are sooooo far away from Chicago!!!!
