PBI, but I think it would depend on the store you work in. Most department stores give discounts, not sure about actual Pandora stores though. I would hope so. It would be hard to be around all that pandora and have to pay full price. I got my Pandora jewelry box for FREE with purchase in the winter. I don't have many extra beads to put in the bead spaces, just the ones that I am sick of and don't want anymore. I can, however, fit 2 bracelets in each bracelet holder in that tray. I also rearranged the trays so that the one with the pillows is on the bottom and the tray that holds the bracelets is on the top. (I can get to them easier!)

ALSOOOO I just talked to Paypal about the Jewels2005 thing, and I was complaining about sending fake beads back to a seller.. sooo they are re-reviewing my claim and are going to process it differently so that I don't have to send them back to Jewels2005! HORRAY!!

Thanks, I will ask next time I go into the store. I've been avoiding going in as they all say "aah you're back again". I'm actually waiting patiently for an online order I made a few days ago.
So not fair,lol, we don't get many freebies here in Australia. I did get the cardboard pandora box. Will look on ebay here but they are asking $60.
I sent mine back and according to USPS tracking they are being processed by Customs in the Netherlands -- will be interesting to see what happens as I insured them at the value I paid, plus included the PayPal claim info -- i.e. questionable authenticity issue. If Customs opens the package and reads that, I wonder what they will do?
Any more from Pandora USA on what they are doing about jewels?
My jewels-2005 update: I sent mine back to him the cheapest way possible (which was a risk) and also without filing a claim with Paypal yet (I wanted to see what would happen). So I e-mailed him the other day to see if he got the beads and when I would get my refund. He actually answered and said he got the beads back and he'd refund my money that night. Well, still waiting for the refund....but I still have time to file the claim if he doesn't give me the money. And I have the e-mail stating that he got the beads and would refund my money. I keep checking my credit card statement to see if the refund went through, but nothing yet. Grrr.
Hi! Just to let everyone know, I spoke with Pandora and there are indeed 2 versions of the SS Penguin. The earlier penguins had the "dots" on their head, and the newer version, released in Fall of 2008, has the smooth head. Not sure why they changed the design, but just wanted to let you all know that both are correct.. so don't doubt the authenticity of the bead bucket!!!
I'm so glad for you, that would be awful if you got another fake bead!! And thanks for letting us know that, I was getting really nervous because I've gotten a lot of beads from the bead bucket.
Also, I love your Pandora box with all your bracelets and charms. It's like a mini-jewelry store!
I got mine free with purchases several months ago, plus I have also got the keyring, and a friend's sister got the umbrella - so they are around, just depends on where you shop.
Someone metioned that Johnston's have them for $35 - I could get one for if if you liked, even with postage sounds like it may be cheaper than ebay.
I would email them again and if no response within 48 hours, file with PayPal citing the email exchange confirming delivery.
