I would email them again and if no response within 48 hours, file with PayPal citing the email exchange confirming delivery.
Yeah, I figured I'd give it a couple of days, but if I don't see it by tomorrow that's what I'm going to do. I was just relieved that he admitted to receiving the beads I sent back, because I had no tracking info on them (the post office could have tracked it for me until it got to customs but that was it). They wanted something like $27 to send them back with tracking and delivery confirmation. I just couldn't see spending that to send back $105 worth of bad quality/most likely fake beads, so I just sent them the cheapest was possible and hoped for the best. Now we'll see if I have to take it further.
