I was on the Barneys website this afternoon and I noticed that there are more PS bags available online than Balenciaga! More, in fact, than any other label save for Valextra.
Who buys all the PS bags? I've only seen a handful on other people in real life. I've seen a lot of "inspired" looks, but no replicas. (Versus more established designers like LV, Balenciaga, Chanel, etc.)
I'm glad that there are so many different styles and colors available online... just curious where they're all going! I travel extensively through the US for work and I almost never see them. Chicago, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, NY, Dallas, LA - no PS out on the street. It's surprising to me because they are so convenient and sturdy, so easy to carry as an everyday bag.

I live in manhattan and they are all over the place now. It started with every mom and teenager on the upper east side but they're spreading all over now

I'm pretty new to this forum and I'm looking to a new PS1 and SO STUCK on the color!! I actually went and looked at Barney's today. The original color that I wanted was Smoke but they did not have one in stock. I then tried on the Midnight and really liked it as well.
Here is my dilemma, since this is my first PS I wanted to make sure it was a neutral color. After looking at the midnight I realized it was a lot brighter in person than in pictures online. I also saw Saddle, Birch and Bronze online. Now I'm really confused and stuck. What do you ladies recommend? I know @elliespurse is an expert on this. I look forward to hearing from you ladies!

Mie Mie - Hi, not sure I'm an expert but the classic PS neutrals has been black, smoke, midnight and tobacco suede. The Birch came out for last spring and I think it has been really popular because it's still available, I also like the Bronze color although I haven't seen it in real life. I'd say go for the color you like best and try it in a store first if possible.

I tried on the Bronze in store comparing it to the Midnight. It was like a caramel color a little bit off yellow.
I can't decide Midnight or smoke? Does either color transfer easily? I heard if you wear dark jeans the color will transfer onto the smoke? I also heard the smoke turning more brown over time?
