Love your pieces!! I'm curious - how do you plan on using your vanity case? I am interested in the Nice BB but would use it mainly at home to hold my makeup. I try to travel light so do not plan on packing the Nice BB on trips. Is it weird to just use it only at home?!

I bought nthe vanity inspired by LV SS20 reverse vanity bag. So, I'm gonna take Nice BB out and get an organiser to make it sturdy.20191003_165330.jpg

Gonna dress her up a bit with a bandeau and put a strap either chain or mono. Something like the pic below (it's not mine just for example purposes)

Received my key pouch today! It's bigger than I imagined! Love it. It's also made in France, which seems to be a preference from what I've learnt in this forum! My second LV purchase after the kirigami mono set. This brand is kind of addictive....I'm literally stalking this LV forum everyday! I think in a few months, I will purchase my 1st LV bag....I'm thinking Speedy B 25 in DE?!

When I bought my DE Speedy 30B, I thought it was going to be THE perfect bag for me. It ticked off all the boxes, right size, crossbody, worry free DE pattern. But I don't LOVE it like I thought I would. Some of it is practical, I found getting in and out of Speedy a little clunky, but some I can't really explain. But like you, I have other bags that makes me smile a little every time I look at it, while I use my Speedy only when it serves a purpose for a specific trip/day.

If you don't absolutely love it, then find something else that makes your heart sing. You know there's a bag out there with your name on it :P

I completely relate to your post! I bought the mono speedy b25 and just looked at it for a week. It also “bothered me”. Decided I had too much brown and exchanged it for same bag in DA. Same thing happened. I kept trying to force myself to love it but I just didn’t. I love it on others but it felt like a big football on me, lol! I got great feedback here and returned that one too. (My SA must think I’m nuts!). I’m still thinking about that bag and really wish I loved it, but right now, I do not. It’s not going anywhere so I can always purchase it again later if something changes. Until then, still looking

Thanks! Sounds like you understand exactly what I’m feeling!

I think I *might* use this bag on occasion but that’s not enough for me right now. I really want a great crossbody that holds a decent amount (more than my favorite) that can be more of an everyday bag. Time to go back and start the search again.

Thanks so much for your post! I hope you find that perfect bag too.

It’s tough when on paper, a bag is perfect, but in reality it doesn’t work for you. This happened to me with an Alma BB. I am obsessed with navy blue and loved the look of the Alma Bb in indigo. Ordered it and thought it was beautiful when it was delivered. Problem was that I didn’t like how it looked on me. It stuck out funny when worn crossbody. I had to return it.

You may want to look into the Siena PM. It was my 1st LV and I still really love it. Kinda similar to speedy but with more structure and a much more body-friendly feel. I wear it hand carry, shoulder & crossbody
