They don't process CS anymore only FO which is do e at the register like a normal order
No. CS they had to fax and it came from a certain store. FO come fromanywhere a d they don't fax the order
Hi, I am new to the forum. I am totally lusting over the NASA Rogue. I went to my outlet as soon as I saw your post and unfortunately they couldn't order it for me. Do you have any advice on how I can get ny hands on it. If that is even possible. Thank you in advance.
I personally have never tried a found order...but I believe that you need to have the location of a specific store that has the item in stock and the style # (STYLE NO. 10976) ... I haven't seen any other Nasa Rogues in any of the other outlet posts but I purchased mine from the North Premium Outlets in Las Vegas. I don't know if they have another in stock. Hope this helps!

Yeah.. It was kind of random lol. I always ask to see what they have in the back when I visit my outlet. My SA says they don't put out all of the deletes if they don't match the color theme of the bags that they have on display. The Nasa collection came out a while ago so I don't know if this was a random return that got sent to the outlet since they haven't been sold on Coach's site for some time.Thank you Yuyu90 for the helpful reply! I love Vegas North outlets! Last time I was there Andre pulled out the mother load lol. It was during the 60/10/20 event and I had a boxful shipped to my home.
You are lucky to have that as your outlet. The SA was so helpful and he said to call anytime to get stock #'s or to find a particular item. He knew all his deletes too! I cant wait to go back there.
For found order all you need to do is go to the outlet store provide them with the style number and the color and if it’s available to order they ring it up just like a regular sale and that’s it
I love the SAs at my outlet. I've only had positive experiences there They're all extremely friendly and helpful

I called my closest outlet (in another city) and they said they didn’t have any DF items but that they could do a found order if I came to the store in person. The SA couldn’t give me any information over the phone. The thing is, I don’t want to make the trip if it’s not available or not on sale.

My KH 25 transfer was received by my outlet today and they’ve confirmed they have it. Hopefully I have time to go pick it up tomorrow.
