For crying out loud - the girl who placed my order did it wrong so now it's cancelled. The bag is still on hold in my name at the outlet that has it, I just have to figure out a different way to get it to me. The CS ambassador I spoke with this morning was less than helpful. She was all hung up on it being a full price bag that's showing a negative quantity in Jax, and wouldn't even check the outlet stock for me. She thinks my store can do the found order on it - but by fax since their system isn't fully up and running. (Hello 1995) I'll be surprised if they want to help me with this. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
