It took visiting my outlet in person, calling customer service three times, my outlet twice, two other outlets, and a lot of frustration, but the KH Rogue 25 is on it's way to me!
For crying out loud - the girl who placed my order did it wrong so now it's cancelled. The bag is still on hold in my name at the outlet that has it, I just have to figure out a different way to get it to me. The CS ambassador I spoke with this morning was less than helpful. She was all hung up on it being a full price bag that's showing a negative quantity in Jax, and wouldn't even check the outlet stock for me. She thinks my store can do the found order on it - but by fax since their system isn't fully up and running. (Hello 1995) I'll be surprised if they want to help me with this. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

The only way I know it really is being delivered is if I check my UPS MyChoice. I think if the transaction goes thru when they place the found order, that means it will be sent to you but you don't usually receive any tracking info - at least I haven't the few times I've placed a found order. I did receive a shipment email with tracking for my KH rogue I placed the found order for on Fri but I think that is unusual and was surprised.....unless Coach has changed their process AGAIN! Good luck!

I'm going to call my outlet when they open and see if they will help me out with this. I'm beginning to think it's just not worth the hassle.
 
I think a lot SAs do not know how to do Found orders. I only ask 2 SAs (long time employees) in my store do them because you need to know how to find them and order them in the system. Also, I only request them during slow days.

If it has to be faxed then you have to go back to the outlet and do a charge send to the store where the bag is on hold and fill out the form and provide your CC

Thanks for posting this. I can see all my found orders. Out of 7 bags 3 are coming from stores and 4 from Jax.
 
I just spoke with the manager at the store that's holding the bag for me and he told me "We'll figure out how to get this bag to you. Let me make some calls and then I'll call you back." Fingers crossed that he comes through on this for me!
And now it's on it's way to my local store to complete the transaction. I have no confidence that this store won't still screw it up, since the hangup all along seems to have been that they just didn't want to do the order. I'm cautiously optimistic at this point.
 
Current stock at Milpitas! Apparently they are having an extra 20% sale handbags and wallets. Unfortunately, I wasn’t told about this until I arrived at the register. Terrible CS.

On the bright side, I picked up a SoHo crossbody in olive green with tea roses on the strap for $88 and change before taxes. I’m so happy. They have the navy blue with linked chain strap left (pictured below).
