I went to the outlet today, and store manager said they can’t do found order for Disney items because those are only distributed to top tier outlets and their store is not supposed to do found order them. They said I need to order them through retail store

That sounds a bit made up. Did the manager say that? If you have another outlet near by, I would try again.

Had to return some FOS items. Local outlet doesn't have most of the new theme items (tattoo) and only has a few deletes:

I'm like 90% sure I returned this exact bag but at a different outlet in the state. I ordered two when they were on FOS a few months ago so of course I only needed one.
I have this bag on my wish list. I should have purchased it, while Coach had the 60% and extra 25% off.
I just wish it were bigger than a 23!
BTW, received a shipping notice on my KH Rogue 25.....should be here Thurs! Can't wait to see what condition it is in!
