Thanks for replying. I meant that if I ask for the SA at my local store to order and ship the items I saw from other stores shared by people here. I am curious to know the promotion for that now. My local outlet does not have many deleted boutique bag. Thanks!

My experience has been that sometimes the outlets will do a charge send for customers - and sometimes they will not - and a lot depends on the mood of the person that you ask. I have been successful a few times when I have personally gone to the outlet on less busy days/hours and asked the manager (or a favorite SA) for assistance.

I bring all of the written information with me for the bag that I want including style number (with and without an "F" at the beginning because that may help them to find it in their computer) and the specific name of the color that I want (e.g., if the bag color is "dark denim" don't just say "I want the blue one"). And the current discount cost at the outlets.

If they find it in the computer, your local outlet will contact the other outlet and arrange to have it shipped it to your home (or pick up at the outlet if you prefer). Your local outlet will ring up the sale and will add the local sales tax and a shipping charge of around $15. Unfortunately you cannot do charge sends between US and Canadian outlets. I tried that once and the answer was "no".

I stopped into the outlet today to see what they have. I spoke with a wonderful SA who let me know if I see anything I like she would hold it for me. She advised me to come back tomorrow, she said the overall discount with all bags including deletes will be higher regardless of how much you spend. Unfortunately she couldn’t tell me what the discount would be. I’m curious..

Thought I’d pass that along in case there was something you’re eyeing.

Do you know if it is coming from the warehouse or maybe a store? I had this on my radar, too. Wondering if it is worth a trip to my outlet. I don't think there were many left from what my SA said.

According to customer service (as of an hour ago), there's one in California, one in New Jersey, and three in Florida. But the outlet in Florida said they actually only have one, and that is the one being shipped to me.

I swear my outlet always has different deals. I called today and they said 50-70% off and Hamilton wallet extra 20% off. She didn't mention the 25% additional.
