Go to your outlet and tell them you want to do a found order. They will ship to you. I did it today

Hopefully they know how to do it, this location just opened on Thursday. [emoji53]

The outlet is located at national harbor in Maryland.
None of the dinky bags had dustbags inside, but I also noticed the rogues did not have dustbags either, so I am not sure if they were taken out by the outlet staff or sent over that way by retail.

They suppose to remove them

So, the manager at my new outlet said they can’t do found orders yet, and she’s not sure when they’ll be able to, but that they’ve gotten one small shipment of deletes already and are expecting a larger shipment this week. I asked specifically about the KH and DF Rogue 25s and she told me “Come back on Thursday or Friday, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.” I guess I’ll be going back later this week. As a side note, she was gushing about my new rivet Rogue, so she probably saw me as a serious buyer. Fingers crossed that they get a good shipment.

She said they can’t do any of that yet. Maybe it’s a new store thing or maybe they just haven’t been trained how. I think she was being genuine in saying they can’t though. I didn’t ask for more details and didn’t want to seem pushy when I already felt lucky to chat with the manager on my second trip to the store IYKWIM. They were so busy and she kept getting interrupted by employees needing things that I finally just told her I hope to see her later this week. If they don’t have either of the bags and have calmed down some when I go back, I’ll dig for more info.

I'm not sure what you mean by a promotion for "found orders" please explain. There are a lot of deleted boutique bags at many outlets right now, including some 1941 bags.
