One of the SA’s said to me stores run different promotions.
Orlando isn't doing it. They are always crazy busy so probably don't need to. Going South tomorrow, maybe I'll get lucky and pop into an outlet that way that is doing the promo.

I had to order it directly through Jax since my store 1) isn’t fully connected to the system yet and couldn’t do it themselves and 2) said that even if they could, there has to be a minimum quantity available to do a store initiated order and it didn’t meet that threshold. So after I saw that all of you got the 25% off retail bags today, I called CS back to ask about a price adjustment and they told me this promo doesn’t apply to retail bags.
I got 4 today and it applied and did a PA on 3 others from Sun and Wed. Weird.
Didn't know you can order outlet bags directly from Jax. Did you have to go in store or you did it from home?
I went to my outlet today half hour before closing but they didn't have any Disney items. [emoji22] I got my price adjustment for my last purchases and brought home another link wallet in melon and the yellow floral camera bag.
I'll do that next time I get a chance to go back. They started closing the store so I had to leave for today after my purchases and price adjustments.
I did it by phone but I think it might have been a special circumstance deal because of my store’s current status. The first CS rep I talked to said they couldn’t do it. It finally took an ambassador and supervisor to get it done for me. I spent the better part of 2 hours on the phone this afternoon to get this bag. [emoji51]If my store could have done it, it wouldn’t have taken but 5 minutes. I just hope it’s in good shape when it gets to me.
As someone else said, it might be regional or outlet by outlet. My store only has one Swagger and no other retail bags yet, so I didn’t press the issue when I was there.
Was it the Fort Meyers location? That’s where I placed my phone order. I was just happy they let me order over the phone. They were one of two stores that had 1 Rogue 25 in Black left.
Drove to my local outlet tonight and did 3 orders:
1. Tea rose clutch in grey - I have the novelty strap like this one and will be a great wallet to use with my grey rogue satchel with snake handle. Looks like this was 60% off and then another 25% off this weekend.
2. Tea rose novelty strap in primrose - want to use this with my dusty rose rogue and I've seen people use this strap on the burgundy nomad and it looks great! - Was 60% off and no additional 25% since the 25% off only applies to bags and wallets.
3. KH Rogue 25 in smoke grey with the sequin heart on the side - There were only 5 left and coming from a store so hoping it goes thru and the bag is OK. I know someone else ordered one and thought at that time (at least a day ago) there were 5 left so maybe the system is off!
This one was 50% off and then I was able to get the extra 25% off but the SA had to scan something to make it take.
Now the waiting game to see what I get!

Looks like you did pretty well! I would love to get the tea rose clutch, I didn’t know the outlets had any.
