Should have been 70/20 & 70 but they rang 60/20 & 60. No issues with phone adjustment. Receipt already in my inbox - SA said nice improvement with new system
Omg i hope it isn't true, tomorrow mi going to the outlet store and i want to do a found order, maybe they are doing this because people are looking for deletes and found orders instead of buying the MFF stuff ...
So I did call today and was basically told they can do found orders on items that were in sold in the store. But who knows as we have learned Coach doesn’t have consistent business rules... interested to hear your outcome.

@valxim123 confirmed under separate thread that they allowed her to do found orders at her outlet but transaction not completed because quantity of items were not available
I think they pick who they will do found orders for. Whenever I go to a new outlet and they don't know me, they won't do a found order for me... also the only found order that I have ever done were pre approved by the manager....
