When I asked about found order, they kinda looked at each other and said what found? Feels like you’re begging them for 100% off on something like a first born child. Then you get the looks but anyways, move on and never going back .

I believe some have no clue - seems like a training issue but what gets me is their lack of customer service. Sounds like they didn’t even check for you....

Do you mean current boutique or deletes? I just ordered/received a delete 1941 wallet found order last week.
The clerk was the one who suggested looking up to order another item I asked about, the term “found order” was never said, I then asked if she could search another item number and she was happy to do so. This was my first time to order at outlet, but I was familiar with it from reading about it here, so I’d made sure to have the style number with me. I’ve only been there a handful of times and don’t make large purchases, mainly slgs. It was a Monday right after they opened and weren’t busy. Maybe I was just lucky.

Nice! So apparently they didn't box up deletes and send back to JAX and they went back to 70% off.

It seems like some of these styles they are really having trouble getting rid of. Those mercer, swagger, nomad, metallic dinky, quilted rogue, 1941 trifold wallets, clutches and card cases etc. have been at the outlet for a long time now (even with the 70/25 emails they send frequently) and still seems like they have massive amounts left.

I'm 100% convinced that they are making MFF versions of Mercer, Swagger, and Nomad. They literally never go away.

Today at Rosemont/Chicago: 70/20, fewer pics b/c I wasn’t feeling well. Slim pickings on deletes.
I got a foldover card case but that’s it.

Today was last day for 70% off; tomorrow back down to 60%. Decided to run there this evening to do a found order since system showed 26 of the patchwork rogue at JAX (not in any stores). Got 70 plus 10 for military discount including family members. Been wanting for quite sometime now. If all goes well tracking should show up in my inbox on Thursday according to SA.

I am convinced that the knowledge issues we have been having with 'found orders' is based on experience and skill-set of the individual SA. From this point forward I will only ask for SHAY who I dealt with yesterday because she demonstrated true "Customer First" attitude from the phone call to the in person store visit. Here is what happened - When I called about the delete - she was very engaging and conducted research on the item. She was curious as to why it did not show up at 70% and went the extra mile to investigate (IMO this should be part of the job as many do not appear eager to help). She tried pulling up other deletes in the system to troubleshoot issue. And even though she still couldn't determine the root cause she went to the store manager (without me asking) and was given the approval to make the change in the system. She also let me know that they were already starting pulling the 70% (replacing with 60%) and couldn't guarantee the price the next day. So I told her I would be in that evening. When I arrived she was on break but was due back in about 5 min - no problem. Once she was back she was happy to serve me and took the time to clean up my old home address in the system and verified my different email addresses. Also I didn't inquire further but she recommended that I get it gift wrapped (normally I don't but figured why not - she knows better than me). It was a Great Experience - ONE of the BEST!!

Awesome!!! That’s the way it should be!

No spy pics as I was the only customer in the store for most of my time there, but I just wanted to say I had THE most positive and pleasant experience at a Coach Outlet, this being my second time ever actually shopping in one (first time was like 15+ years ago). The SA was wonderful, engaging, chatty but not too chatty, and went above and beyond to help me. I wasn't shopping for anything specific but did pick up one of the small accordion cases and a tearose turnlock keychain. More amusingly, we got to chatting about how I collect vintage pieces and have started rehabbing some of them, and how a few were missing hangtags as they were thrift finds; she then went into the back room and came back with a big container full of spare hangtags all organized by color, and told me to take whatever I wanted! I selected a small handful in the end but didn't want to seem too greedy. She had at least 200+ total and didn't bat an eyelash at the ones I took. Frankly I'm almost more tickled about the hangtag bonanza than I am about my actual purchases. I offered a couple times to pay for them but she waved me off. :)
