Yesterday I was at the Coach outlet and told the sales rep I left the Coach coupon I had gotten in the mail at home and if she could honor it. She told me they changed their policy and that she couldn't; however she could hold the bags for me and come back with the coupon. (I traveled 1-1/4 hours to this outlet; so of course I missed out.)

Now 2 months ago when I was at the same outlet the sales rep told me she saw that a coupon was mailed to me and that she could honor it. (I had completely forgotten I had gotten one in the mail!). I thought that was awesome and thanked her.

I was told hay you have to have the coupon in hand.

Luckily, I left and yesterday decided to go to the outlet near my house and they were handing out the tiered coupon.

As I mentioned above, that's what the rep told me; but there was no way I was going to travel an additional 2-1/2 hours to get the coupon lol. I originally picked up 2 bags, but left one behind (figured I could purchase it at the next online sale).
I had gotten the coupon you showed via email.

I understand. Just pointing out they requested you had to have the coupon in hand last week and this week they are handing it out at the door.

Got to live Coach.

I was at the outlet on Sunday and when I walked in they had this beautiful black scarf with silver rivets. I went to pick it up but got distracted from an SA. I could kick myself for not picking it up and purchasing it. I don't know how much it was because I really didn't get a chance to look at it.

Has anyone seen this scarf anywhere?? I can't seem to locate it. Thanks
:)

I got the email yesterday too so I went to get PAs on all the stuff I had bought, but you know coach, so obviously the discount was not as much as it should have been because the clearance stuff was only 30% instead of 40% and the regular price bag I bought also increased price ($15 more). I still got money back since with the extra 25%, the prices still were better than what I paid but it's disappointing they do these kinds of games.

Went to the outlet at McArthur Glen in Vancouver BC today. Very slim pickings on FP deletes... Just a few haircalf pieces and 1941 saddle bags. Those were 20% plus the 50% coupon. They did have most of the new MFF bags - leather quality on the new bags was quite good, I was impressed. Did buy anything though since the prices (even with the 50% coupon) we're markedly higher than in the US. On the way back to my hotel I browsed the downtown Vancouver Nordstrom clearance table, and they had a racing Rogue there for around $432 US! Not a fan of that graphic, otherwise I might have picked it up!

I went to the outlet in Aurora IL this morning and they were giving out the tiered coupon at the door. They were also creating the customized hangtags for a small charge with a purchase. An SA told me that the Disney floor set will come out next week after the coupon is over.

They didn't have many FP deletes, mostly a few Nomads, swagger bags, and the camel and berry borough bag. They did have the dark indigo Ace satchel and a few saddle bags including the mustard color. A manager told me that they had the smaller forest green saddle bag in the back. They had some MFF bags mixed in with the "Flapship Bags" like the MFF whiplash tatum.

The manager said that they might get more FP deletes in after Mothers Day but that Coach may be planning another semi-annual sale so it could be some time before they get in another supply of transfer bags.

The big news was that they had a stunning FP delete trench coat with a scene of the moon, stars, and clouds on the back in gorgeous leather. The manager said that it is 1941 and that it retailed for $1700 but was reduced to $638 after taking 50% off and applying the 25% coupon. They also had the Bandit shoes in black and patchwork.

See the pics below.

I think that this is the front view of that gorgeous trench coat being sold at one-third of the original retail price at the outlet (see post above). It was released for Spring 2016. I couldn't get a good look at the front on the mannequin but it definitely had the same brown leather pockets.

The whiplash Tatum is MMF now????

Hit the outlet in Deer Park Long Island over the usual Jersey Gardens one for a change of pace. Long Island must really like their Coach, because the place was packed and the bags were flying off the shelves there, you'd think they were giving the stuff away. Other stores in the outlet mall were not like that, with the exception of Adidas and Nike. Mickey stuff was in decent supply, but no butterfly charms alas, although the butterfly mini Blake in black was there along with the butterfly crossbody, at 40% + 50% off. Considered both as well as a black City Tote, but then something caught my eye on the FP delete shelf - and it virtually was just a shelf, with nothing of significance except for one thing - a lone 1941 T-Rex (Rexy) Skinny Tote in chalk! Since I was looking for a summer tote, and this was pretty cute, I snapped it up at 60% (20% + 50%) off. The leather and the interior just had that 1941 quality that attracted me.

Anyway, even though I actually scored some good deals at some other stores, in addition Coach, I probably won't be going back anytime soon to that particular outlet mall, not a great roster of stores for me, the Coach outlet there is a whirlwind of people, and it feels like it takes longer to get to than Jersey Gardens even though it actually is about the same.
