Went to my outlet today to return the card case I got from FOS. Delete bags were still pulled, but they did have delete wallets that were 70/20 and I got a cute oxblood trifold. They did have some nomads and edies with the f code that they were telling people were right from retail.
I am gonna be headed to the outlet on Saturday. I am returning a Bordeaux Cooper that I purchased. I am not loving it. Wonder what my luck is in them having other retail bags? If they don’t, is there any way I could do a found order? How do found orders work? Do all outlets do them? I see so many people getting deleted rogues by doing found orders.

I believe it is retail. These clutches were only made for retail and the rivet one came in black and oxblood from what I remember. Don't remember the chalk but think it matched the chalk duffle w/ rivets on the strap.

I wasn't planning on getting anything anyway, but the one day of the year I get to the outlet (which was today for this year), they pulled all of the deletes because they had 70% off sale. I asked the SA if they had any, and luckily she knew exactly what I was talking about, and she said, yes, they had them out yesterday, but they had to pull them all today for the 70% off sale. Which meant the store had a whole bunch of nothing. This is why I don't really all that excited about outlet shopping for Coach. lol.
I guess I don't understand--they want to sell the bags anyway, that is why they moved to the outlet, and part of the point of an outlet store, so why hide the best bags?

I agree - I don't understand their business strategy sometimes!
I went today too. I think every time I go they pull the deletes. Not.one.single.delete.not.even.a.slg! I would think after all this pulling, putting out, pulling, putting out that what's left is some beat up merchandise.
