I am sure what they consider "small" would be much more to us. and just because it was "small and intimate" does not mean they did not go all out because from the pics I have seen it was still very lavish.

I doubt Riley has any lies to tell or a narrative to change (like H and M) so again, probably just fluff because O is bored and needs the attention.
