All discussion aside, why is it the "Jennifer Aniston collection"??

The bag's name is the Jennifer but I didn't know she had an entire collection named after her?

But good for the SA she's speaking up and saying her side of the story. I was always curious to hear it. Now it's her word against Oprah's. :/

One thing that is interresting to me as an English language speaker who happened to have a foreign accent is how nobody is pointing out that Oprah is mocking the woman's accent in the ET interview.
But of course, ymmv.

Oprah tends to do that. I remember back when she had her show (before she had her own network), she would routinely slip into a Southern accent if her guest was Southern (and yes, I realize that she's Southern so it's probably easier for her to do that) or she'd pick up a slight British accent if her guest was British. I don't think she was mocking the sales associate's accent in the clip.

I think that she gave up trying to manage her weight.
In the picture posted, she looks mad!
She has so much and yet so little.

I actually went back and took out the weight gain comment. I really love Oprah, and deeply respect her ... but it makes me sad that she seems to have a food addiction that not even all the money or success in the world can shake.

'She looked at a frame behind me. Far above there was the 35,000 Swiss franc crocodile leather bag.

'I simply told her that it was like the one I held in my hand, only much more expensive, and that I could show her similar bags.
'It is absolutely not true that I declined to show her the bag on racist grounds. I even asked her if she wanted to look at the bag.

'She looked around the store again but didn't say anything else. Then she went with her companion to the lower floor. My colleague saw them to the door. They were not even in the store for five minutes.'
She emphatically denied ever saying to Winfrey: 'You don't want to see this bag. It is too expensive. You cannot afford it.'
Kind of the same thing. Telling someone the article they wish to see is just like the one in your hand, only more expensive is the same as telling them it's too expensive for them to see. Then to add insult, she told her she would show her similar bags.
