I've been all over Europe and believe me, you'll find snobby people in every country.
Being Italian and having family in Italy as well as travelling all over Italy i can honestly say i have no idea what your talking about.
Judging an entire country is very narrow minded. Anyone regardless of race can be snobby, so lets not pigeon hole here.
