A new friend of mine just told me she had both feet done years ago and was in a wheelchair for a few months. Her bunion recovery was very prolonged, she has large scars near her ankles, for some reason, not that I noticed until she pointed them out. It was easier to get around at work in a wheelchair. Of course, O doesn't have the problem of being laid up and not being able to get on the subway and go to work...

Did yours take as much down time as my friend's surgery... or was your different?
