It's my pleasure! From now on, I'll be much more nosy when I'm shopping, LOL!

Speaking of managers and questionable ordering practices, I could not believe that one of the boutiques I frequent actually ordered a grand total of --get this--ONE Victoria FT bag for the entire season!! Shockingly, it sold within 15 minutes of it hitting the floor...gee, who would have thought it? DUH! So I asked when she might be able to get more, and the answer was January. Oh, good thinking, because that's just in time to entirely miss the Christmas season. :okay:

That green is the dullish green I mentioned in the podium thread...it DOES look a little dull, doesn't it?

On the other hand....think I may try for something in lagoon......he, he, he.....

Hahaha ... for all you know, your SM might have just ordered more of the 'in demand' bags :nuts:. It really depends on who is the person in charge. Sometimes they get a SM with 20 years in Armani and then you get to see all the classic RTW and neutrals for leather, coz I know that's the case with mine and you will never see Vert Anis or Fuschia in that store :laugh: On the flip side, you get a SM with 20 years in Vivienne Westwood and the store probably orders more fashionable RTW and colorful leathers.

The colour we have named as 'lagoon' here reminds me of thalassa.
I think the theme for these colours is great - I don't do well with curry-type tones but the prospects for the next year look droolicious. I wonder how I can make more money to fund my H habit?

BTW, I forgot to mention that they are also including Vert Olive in the book for spring. So it might be a great option if you can't deal with the paler yellowy green.

Ok, guessing the colours:
1) Curry
2) Lagoon
3) that warm-toned taupey colour
4) the new brique-ish colour
5) the new Marron-something colour (looks slightly purple toned but I think it could just be due to cast offs from adjacent colours or lighting. Or could just be that this brown is slightly purple toned..:shrugs:)
6) some new green shade

Now that red thread that binds the swatches... I love that colour, lol!

I am so behind on this thread because I went up to the beach soon after I swooned over the new colors/leathers. I have to admit that I liked some of the duller colors, GF, ;), and am even considering a tri-color of the three dulls...
If I remember correctly the name of the purple-colored one is something like "griolet" and is lovely...then there is also, cardamum (sp.??)....

But, my question for all of you is whether the new Veau Tadelakt reminded anyone of Chamonix.... I was impressed by the small swatch, but there wasn't much to go by and I was hoping that some others of us might be able to offer more opinions. Esp. if I still can't order a bag in the new chevre, I am wondering if I can order in this one -- I don't know yet, but hope to find out and hope that there is something promising here.
