I am not a fan of this style (looks like a cheap plastic fake to me), but I am shocked that it's already on eBay. I am wondering how the seller go a hold of it.

^ starting the bidding low gets the ball rolling it attracts more interest, there really isn't a way to price a prototype so start it low and let the buyers hike up the price it'll more likely sell for more this way than if they had set the price.
Plus if they set a price there is always the risk (for the seller) that they could have gotten more money for it
