That sucks on all accounts! Definitely return them as if the too-small decolletes are going to kill your feet, that's no consoliation (sp?) prize! Heck, if they were in my size then I'd have bought them from you, but they'll be too small for me!
NM didn't send me the red sleeper bag with my Raffia YoYos. I had to contact them to get them to send me a replacement. Of course they probably just took it from another box so someone else is going to be complaining about not getting their dustbag!
