OK, WHERE do TJMaxx and Marshalls get their bags?

The same goes for the shoes. THey have a whole bunch of italian designer shoes not sold anywhere else or online. I suspect they make those shoes, hopefully in italy , especially to sell in Tjmaxx and Marshall.
I have a pair of shoes by some italian designer, i forget it's name, only to find EXACTLY same shoes (not simular , but exacly same! they were booties with animal print fur, so hard to mistaken) next season marked by franco sarto and sold for 34.99 (i paid 99.99 for mine, as italian they are more expensive)
Since then i dont think i 'm going to buy anymore unknown italian designer stuff at tjmaxx or marshalls. something fishy is going on, for sure.

they are still somewhat expensive. I saw a large gucci bag for $899 and a YSL bag for $1299. DVF shoes for $149.99

I bought a Gucci duffle for 350 and the original price at Gucci store is 495. It's not that great of a discount, but i really wanted it and i had store credit so i bought it. People automatically assume that since it's a TJ maxx it's a great discount, but it's not true.

Right. most of the prices are discounted 15 to 30 percent off through out the store

I have bought Italian made purses for years at Marshalls. They are high quality, 100% leather, including the shoulder straps and such. Most of my co-workers have Coach bags, and I have just never been into them. I prefer my italian made purses that are unique, soft and stunning, and my co-workers always want to know where I find my ALL leather bags :). I'm going back tonight to buy another leather purse

I am new to Purse Forum, I came here looking for info on a bag I found. It is a Marco Buggiani. It is absolutely darling. It is a smokey mauve color with chocolate brown accents, and the leather feels like it is melting in your hands. I was trying to decide whether to keep or auction, so I started doing some research. I found the company website... http://www.marcobuggiani.com/ ....in Italian. Lucky for me Chrome offered to translate. It seems that Buggiani has been in the biz since early 80's. The site requires you to register as a store to view the photos of the merchandise, I did not do so. I have to say I am impressed with the suppleness of the leather used and the simple yet feminine style of this bag.
If anyone learns more about the line, please share. Thanks!

Gigi
