Is it for real?
Did the POS confess on his death bed?
It is not their fault, I can’t imagine being in their position, especially Sydney who stood by him until the end.

Possibly some kinds of confessions or truths were revealed. Possibly he hid money somewhere for them.

I think any assets he has are vulnerable to past claims/liens/lawsuits so would be interesting to know if he was able to hide some of it, though not sure if he really had much left after the trial.

His kids carry such a burden being related to him.

I think his main asset and source of income after the Goldman’s got the huge judgment in the civil suit they brought against him was his NFL pension which I assume ended upon his death. So I doubt he had much to leave his children unless he slipped them cash from his monthly pension payment while he was alive. His pension and his personal residence in FL were exempt from the civil suit judgment and bankruptcy filing.

Does this give them any sort of protection from inquires from the press? By putting the information out there that there could be NDAs, does it give the kids the ability to have an excuse for declining press inquiries? it could be a blanket "leave us the f alone"

No matter the angle, this is a terribly sad story. I believe OJ's children needed (and deserve) to hear the truth from their father, especially the children he had with Nicole, but why the NDAs? They should feel free to talk about their ordeals if they wish. I feel very sorry for his kids.

However, NDAs for hospice staff are fine imo, there is no need for more people to make money off this tragedy.

"The outlet’s source revealed that anyone who was around Simpson while he was under hospice care also was required to sign the NDA — including medical professionals."

Oh, the morphine might have made him chatty.
Someone will talk and it would be closure for the victims families.
There are so many conspiracy theories going around from it was the Colombian cartels to the son did it…. There is even a video of a dude confessing.

I agree, this is a very sad tragedy that will forever change history on so many levels. My DH and I were talking, and he stated something interesting he was aware of I will copy/paste it below. I do wish the children would agree to organ donation to be studied for this disease. There will never be anything to prove his innocence but perhaps it could comfort his children somewhat to know their father unbeknownst to him was struggling with this disease.

San Diego Charger Junior Seau committed suicide by shooting himself in the chest in 2012 at age 43. Later studies by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) concluded that Seau had chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), a brain disease that has also been found in other deceased former NFL players.[3][4] It is believed to be caused by repetitive head trauma, and can lead to conditions such as dementia, rage, and depression.

I wonder if he was violent with his first wife too.
This is her.
