.So I returned the bag today to my local bloomies and the SA that helped me could not believe the condition in which the bag was in
. She said it was definately used before. The black spots and lines were definately not variations in the leather
!
Ok so the new Ava is on her way from nyc, lets see what happens

I hope you manage to sort it out. I know how bad it feels when you are looking forward to something so much, and it isn't what you expected it to be.
I was seriously considering the Moka Ava, but, then I saw another style of it, which I didn't like as much. So, I decided to leave it.
In a way, I am glad now. It could have been much different, because I normally think after my fingers have done the deed, and not think before doing it.
Hope you get it replaced.
