I certainly have no idea why she would do that, especially if you have
been refunded the money?
I would think that your email exchanges would explain it all to PayPal.

so, you BIN via PayPal. Does your PayPal account show it was cleared?

Just contact PayPal and give them VERY detailed description of what happened. Copy and pasteto them all emails you have sent, transactions, Etc
