As a fan of Moynat during Ramesh Nair’s time, this is hilarious and sad at the same time.

I actually don't mind any of these bags, but the colors are too bright for me. If they had some nice light tans and greys, maybe a grey/pink, then we're talking. But these colors are too young for me (young, like childlike young).

There’s a black, white and tan mono I think with tan handles and trim that’s really cute!

Hello ladies ~ So happy to join this group as I just received my first Moynat bag: Pauline in Taurillon Gex leather! She is even more gorgeous in person and I can definitely see where the raves on Moynat/Ramesh Nair’s bag quality are coming from!! I’m in love with how understated the Pauline looks but at the same time so unique and beautiful! Even the smell of the leather is divine even though I’m sure this bag is several years old already 😂I’m so looking forward to carrying her a lot!

With that said, since the Pauline is now discontinued 😔 I wonder if the boutique would still service this bag if I need something fixed or just to clean it? Upon receiving the bag I now realize how light the color of the inner leather is and I’m so afraid of staining it with daily use. There is already a small stain from the previous owner since I bought the bag preloved which I don’t mind too much but I imagine there will be more of it to come 😭. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated!!

I made a liner out of thick craft felt for my Petite Pauline. No seams, just cut it to shape. To enable crisp folds, I cut half-way through the felt on one side. It works a treat

Beautiful job. Test the fabric to see if it bleeds. You may want to use a lighter color. I made inserts myself also using white felt for my Gabby and H Bolide.

Very nice! +1 on checking for color transfer.

I use a nylon makeup case as organizer, which keeps the leather clean. Even my most-worn bag with the pearl lining still looks good (it does naturally darken a bit over time but no stains).

I went to Galleries Lafayette today and saw another version of the canvas Gabrielle BB, this time with green leather



It looks square-ish because it’s on the bottom shelf and I took a picture of it from an angle above, but trust that it’s trapezoidal like any other Gabrielle BB.

Hi everyone! I’ve been lurking for awhile and love reading and learning from everyone I have a question and I hope you folks cam help point me in the right direction.

I bought the duo tote from Fashionphile and noticed the stitches were broken/loose on one sides (see photo attached). I was wondering how I could get this fixed? Is it worth fixing? Or should I send the bag back? The flaw was not disclosed on the listing.

Any insight would be appreciated! Thank you
