Hi everyone!

I’m currently obsessed with the Moynat Gabrielle bag. I thought I wanted the PM size, but I’m a bit worried that it just looks too formal for my lifestyle and clothes. Granted I’m 5’8” and haven’t seen many mod shots of it on taller people so it’s possible it wouldn’t look as large to me in person.

Point being, I’ve started to consider the BB size. I prefer its shape personally but I’m really worried about capacity. I found one “what fits in my bag” video but couldn’t find much else. Do you guys feel it can carry your essentials? I have a 4in x6in pouch that I like to carry in all my bags but I wasn’t sure if that could fit.

You can call the Moynat store in Paris and ask. I did it before my trip to Paris as I was looking for a Gaby PM. They located the last available Gaby in France for me and held it until my visit! very friendly staff!

I’m almost 5’10 with a medium build. I think the pm suits me beautifully. It can be dressed up or down and it doesn’t look like I’m wearing a child’s bag. I hope this helps.

Hi! I’m interested to get a gabrielle bb and I just saw a so black version at the moynat boutique. The SA said it’s limited edition and they just have 1. Just want to confirm here if that is true. I’m going to Japan in Nov so contemplating waiting but torn that it might not be longer be available in Japan if it’s limited edition.

Also, does it come in taupe in ghw? This is actually the color that I was looking for but just saw the tourterelle in shw.

Which boutique were you at? Moynat generally makes everything in small quantities especially the limited releases so I would believe the SA. In my experience, they are able to see global stock as well. You would be able to find classic combos like black and tourterelle other places, but less likely a limited edition (unless there is another release). I do not think Moynat has a taupe color, their lighter neutral colors are tourterelle and poudre.

south coast plaza. I’m actually torn between the so black and poudre in ghw. Just feeling pressured with the so black since the SA said it’s limited edition. I’m just going to buy 1 so I need to make sure I picked the right color 😅

I was able to order a so black Gabrielle clutch from the NYC boutique in Saks earlier this year. I believe they can order some limited pieces. They required 50% payment up front and I received the order in less time than was expected.
