That is odd. Are you in USA? My SA keeps looking and as of Wednesday she said there is no info in the system about that bag. I can't imagine that it wouldn't come with the top handle from Coach too, but you never know. I remember a rogue that was department store exclusive that had a rainbow long strap, but no shoulder straps.

It's now sold out on Coach UK, but I don't see a top handle in any of their photos:/ I do notice, however, that the mailbox 24's have the top handle pictured, but not mentioned in the description which is also odd.

Yeah, I’m in the US and was using the US chat. I asked specifically since the link I was using for the US if it was available from Jax and she said it was available.

I have the Rogue with the Rainbow strap, that’s why I was trying to get the info on the smaller strap.

Coach CS rarely is consistent or makes sense...

That's not really true. When I was on the hunt for my desperately wanted rainbow rocket fob, the chat person was able to see one in stock. I called Coach and they could not find it, but the chat person suggested I talk to an ambassador and when I did, she was able to find it and mail it to me. Without the Coach chat person, I would have never gotten my fob.
I didn't know about ambassadors. The chat people work for Needle. Several years ago, there was a discussion on the forum about it, and a few members got jobs doing the chat. They work from their home and only have access to the public website. I don't know how a chat person could see stock. Possibly during regular business hours they have Coach employees helping with chat if there aren't enough Needle people.

I have dealt with them about 2weeks ago and they really spend time with you. About 30 min convo, we e-mailed back and forth with pics of what I was looking for. She’s able to get into different dept stores inventory. Great help. I’ve had these experience twice. She gave me her name and email - actually spelled it and it was a coach.com address. It was a great experience.

Email isn't the same as chat. Chat is the thing that pops up when you look at the site, and you communicate by typing, like texting.

Yup. Actually know what chat is— probably I wasn’t too clear in my post. Called the Coach CS and I was directed to this person name ********** and she went on did the work. While I was on phone with her, she directed me to email her pics of the stuff I was interested in then she emailed me stuff that she thinks what I was looking for. She was able to get to stockist inventory. I was looking for something that I don’t have style #. I don’t do pop up CS chats , sometimes they just take time so I just call.

Yeah, calling is probably a better way to get something who knows something about Coach. The chat feature is usually a waste of time.

I've only done the chat feature one time. It was on a Saturday morning when my SA was off and I wanted to see if there were any of that royal camera bag left in JAX. The chat person "said" they checked and there still was a limited number, but I would have to order through the 1-800 number. I called and was able to purchase the bag. Now I don't know if she was really able to access inventory, but it did work out that time for me.

That's interesting you say they can get into different department stores inventory because when I was searching for the ice pink kisslock camera bag, my SA sent me a screenshot and said she would be able a hold of it for me if I was interested. The screenshot showed she was on a site called the Neiman Marcus Group LLC.
