Today I was looking at my 2 KH rogues, AND THEY ARE DIFFERENT. The heart is differently- sewn in!!! I thought you'd like to see a close-up, since I wanted to reflect on this.
For those who were concerned about the heart-sequin tint, I'm convinced it's mainly the lighting which reflects differently in different light. I've photographed two bags' hearts, in the same position of lighting, and it evens out, color-wise. However, the heart itself looks different due to their different sewing-in patterns!!!
Frankly I can't tell which I prefer, because they look so different to me. One just seems more uniform and less likely to come apart or get snagged on something. Though, I think I actually prefer the more-haphazard, fuller-looking one (though, you can't see it in the pic, but since it overlaps less, you can see the gray backing through it at the top.)

I can see the difference. I think I like the one with more overlap. It looks neater and you can't see as many stitches.
I went to return something today and I saw the mailbox 35 (gorgeous but too big for my taste) and the metallic pink mailbox 24 with all the embellishments. I really want that one but the SA told me that the one I was looking at was sold and she is convinced that there are NO more available. They said there were 14 in the system but all spoken for. SIGH.

You might want to double check with the stores. When I was trying to solve the mystery of the Embellished Mailbox, some of the Keith Haring Mailboxes from last fall came up still in stock in JAX. There were 20 light Blue and 4 Emerald. I don’t want the red or pink so I didn’t check the quantities. They’re under BUYNOW in the computer. My SA said the coupon should work on them.
I went with the 35 mailbox and the Canvas Rexy Carriage tote with the penguins instead... lol
I couldn't agree with you more- that was my original (and I probably should stick to it!) reaction! But whatever reason, I gravitate toward the other- it looks 'fuller' somehow (due to the non-overlap?) Lmk if you end up changing your mind! I keep flipping on this-
I think I can see some of the gray backing on both - one on the top and the other on the bottom. They both are nice but I agree with Whateve, I like the one with more overlap. Seems like they will remain tight and not fold up if rubbed against something. I have this bag and still deciding if I'm going to keep it. I'm waiting to hear how it wears for people and may order the metallic smoke mailbox bag and decide.

It is no longer Needle staff who do the chat, but actual Coach employees. They still use Needle's platform, but not the people. I was one of them who used to do chat back in the day.
