I just received my mailbox. OMG, This bag is gorgeous! The metallic smoke is really unique. It has velvety sheen to it. The embellishment is so beautiful. I may just keep this one instead of checking out the brown one.

Does anyone have any real world pics of the heather gray Rogue with the burgundy suede sides? How gray is the gray? Some of the blogger pics I've seen almost look taupe but the website pics look like it's a true gray.

I don't own this bag, nor do I have any photos, but I've seen it IRL and Heather Grey is a true grey without brownish taupe undertones.

Has anyone from Canada ordered the pink metallic mailbox 24? Or does anyone have the similar wallet/coin purse?
I tried and it’s saying it can’t ship to my location. Customer service wasn’t able to tell me why not. Their best guess was the crystals made it so it couldn’t ship to Canada but the coin purse looks as if it has crystals and that can be sent... has anyone encountered this and a way to circumvent it?

Does anyone know the style number for the strap on the crystal embellished smoke mailbox bag? Coach has the Mailbox bag (style 29108), but it looks like it only has the long strap... my interest is really because of the embellished small strap, but I can’t find any info on it...

The one from Coach does? I emailed CS and they said it was only one strap? CS said the two strap version from Bloomingdales was department exclusive?

I don’t know... I honestly didn’t think to ask, I was checking availability and if they had the strap... they say they have the bag, but it only has one strap... :/ Mind, the chat person I talked to said it was in stock and to call to order. I emailed and was told there was only one strap, no info on availability and the person on the phone said it might be in stock next week... Coach CS gives me a headache...

I’m gonna stop by my store tomorrow and see if they’ll play with the computers with me...
