I do work with Ashley. The manager before her was my S.A., so when this group was brought in Ashley just became my S.A. They are all really nice people. I don't know Darleen. Olivia is always a bubbly little thing. You took them cupcakes....that was really nice of you. I don't live there anymore so I don't get to go in and see them. I'm out in the middle of no where with no shopping, so it's all online and Coach through emails from Ashley!

So, thanks to Hobbsy's most helpful update here, I just contacted my new local SA who put through my order of the KEITH HARING HUDSON TOTE!!! She's overnighting it but since it's the weekend I should have it Tuesday or Wednesday!!
Olive will be returned next week in person -- I HAD to have that KH Tote ASAP, so I'll use the Olive store credit for my Dakotah!

I make all kinds. I like to experiment. LOL This time I made lavender cupcakes with lemon curd filling and honey cream cheese frosting. It's a favorite among my co-workers and friends.

I email a lot too and I live here! Olivia is really sweet. Darleen is newer in the group. It's great to have people you can work with and provide great service even if you don't live close. The cupcakes were my thanks and gift since I'm taking a break for a while.
