Oh no I'm sorry, it is disappointing when you are looking forward to something and it's not as expected. I think another tpfer's Tate arrived with imperfections. That's too bad. I don't see any on my chalk one, but I think issues are less noticeable on chalk vs. black....and yes the 18 is tiny. Maybe you can check out the regular size while you are in store tomorrow?

finally I was able to upload the pictures! This is the sizing of the bag compared to my phone: iPhone 11 Pro Max

As you can see there is a scuff right here and on the little studs the bag sits on had scratches as well:

Little hairs coming out here (if I was okay with the size I could’ve just used tweezers to pull it out though), the stitching looks a little uneven?

The glovetanned leather is buttery smooth and felt really nice but I was not impressed with the amount of blemishes the bag came with. The colour of the stitching is actually grey (on Coach website it’s supposed to be yellow?). Overall not impressed and unfortunately will be doing a return for hopefully the regular Tate size!

Thank you! Yeah I think this is an issue with this particular bag as I looked at the reviews on the Coach website after and it seems that a couple of people had to return for the amount of imperfections! I’m hoping I can actually go into the store tomorrow but since I am in Canada I might be only be able to do curb side pick up and not sure if they do refunds :huh: I called customer service and they offered me a 10% discount which I declined also asked them about hours of operation LOL and they don’t know which stores are open or not:eek:

I'm so sorry. I feel your disappointment! I knew the small one was super tiny. That said, when my order came in for the grey/taupe colorblock arrived, it also had issues & a scuff in maybe the same area as yours! I returned. It's unfortunate their quality control is lacking.

Thank you! This is what I get for not looking at the actual measurements :panic: I am really surprised by the amount of quality issues this particular bag type has! I picked this style because to me it’s like Hermes Kelly x coach rogue Had a baby and created this

I don't know. I don't have tablets of any kind to try. There is a video on the Coach website that shows what fits & a tablet is one of the items. The video shows up when you click on the black color & scroll thru the photos. Hope that helps.
