Pardon me if this has been asked before, but what color is the light color on this pouch? It looks pink to my eye, but I saw a YouTube video where it was referred to as chalk, so I’m not sure.

That would make me love it more! Tempted to order it. Have to see what their shipping/return policy is.

Edit: Looks like no free return shipping? That’s a deal breaker for me.
They have free 2-day shipping and returns through ShopRunner. It's free to join for most everyone and super easy returns. They track your purchases and you just go in and click "return" and print out a label.

What? I'm glad you looked and shared with us. Not buying from them also.

Saks' return process was the worst. I returned a defective bracelet and it was delivered to their hub. I never got the email saying it was being processed. I sent the email to customer service and asked when they are processing the refund, but to my shock CS told me they didnt have the return package with them, despite the tracking saying it was delivered.

I was confused. So I waited a few more days and emailed them again. CS said the same thing. So I filed a PayPal dispute and finally they told paypal that "the package is at the hub but it needs to be delivered to their office for processing."

PayPal finally got Saks to admit they didn't have the package on their person, and PayPal sided with me and I got my money back. It left me so bitter and confused that I stopped shopping at Saks online.

This happened several years ago, though, so it might be different and better now. But don't take my words for it.

Oh ugh. What a pain.

I do have both the bags in your picture--for functionality, I really love the crossbody bag. It's small but holds everything I need to carry on the weekend. The pouch is great too--I'm glad I bought and kept both! [emoji813]

So, I received the Lunchbox (smaller size) in buttercup--and I really do not like it. There's no question it's going back! The color is not vibrant--it's a odd yellow color that is no where close to the stock photos. Disappointing but it's all good. I'm dropping it off at Nordstromx this weekend when I'm in Vegas.

While I'm in Vegas I'll check out the many Coach stores and see what everything looks like in person. I'm leaning toward the Rambler 16 but need to see it in person to be sure. If I buy it, I'm going with Black. I love the simplicity of it. I also am going to check out LV, Gucci, Saint Laurent and Burberry so we'll see what follows me home!

what is the name of the pink triangle, top handle bag? It looks so cute.
