Here's what I don't get, now maybe things have changed since 2016, but when I was a chat rep for Coach, we got electronic documents that showed us ALL the items that were coming, and what colors in what month for the upcoming season. We had conference calls with Coach NYC and they would go over all the categories and key items with us. And I did this for 3 yrs, so it wasn't like I was a one season and done rep. Currently, when I ask SAs about this elusive new green color, NO ONE seems to have a clue! So are they no longer giving their stores these details, or are they having to keep their mouths shut (why I have no idea), because it baffles me that we seem to know more than the employees!
They have always given communications and videos on the new items with details on leather types and other neat to know details like what's being done in Tokyo. But it's up to the sales associate if they wanted to pay attention and absorb the details. Sadly, my few experiences with Chat have been useless.

Chat now is Coach's CS staff, but before they switched a couple years ago, it was not. They geared the chat reps as personal shoppers, but didn't quite make the distinction to their customers as: 800 # = Customer service, Chat = Personal shopper. So people would assume we had the same abilities as CS, and we did not. Now, I believe they are all CS, so they should have details the 800 # has.

That's odd no one seems to know about the new items coming. My SA sends screenshots from what looks like a page called "tools of the trade." My local stores can access that site too so I imagine any SA can. Maybe they just aren't as motivated? I've recently tried the chat feature on coach.com to get more info, but unless you tell them the style# they don't seem to be able to pull up the info. Maybe times have changed with the info coach releases to them.

I have to wonder if they keep them more on a need to know basis now, because one clueless SA I can understand. Multiple at different locations? That's disconcerting.

I'm wondering if/when they will update the pics/description for the floral tabby 26. Also worried what else will be incorrect when they launch the rest of the line. Does anyone know if the kaffe fassett pieces well be excluded from next PCE? I'm still drooling over the tabby 26 but disappointed it actually has brass hardware. I would probably consider buying it with PCE to see how I feel about it in person though.
 
Do you find your willis easy to carry? Do you use crossbody or just by the top handle? I like the way it looks, but not sure how it would work for me.
I like it but it's not my favorite shoulder/crossbody bag. I'm fairly tall, (5' 7") & the crossbody strap is too long. I don't wear bags crossbody, just on the shoulder. I have it on the next to last hole (only because taking it to the very last one looks awkward because it the goes past the end of the strap, if you know what I mean) & it still sits lower than I'd like. I like to be able to touch the bottom of the bag with my hand at my side. This is nowhere near the case. See mod shot. Otherwise, I like the quality & organization of it. Personally, I wish the top handle was stationary & didn't flop down. I don't know if "improvements" will be made to this next batch or not. The photos on the UK site show an all leather interior. Color me very suspicious of their accuracy after my floral Tabby situation. I'm suspect the smaller Willis will be too small but praying it's just right. Time will tell.

Alright, I took a chance and ordered the Tabby 26 in the Kaffe Fasett print. I went to the store in Scottsdale and tried the 26 on in the snake print. It doesn't hit me in the armpit, but the medium sized Tabby did. The SA I was talking to tried to tell me the bag was sold out...Even though the site shows it in stock. So a couple hours later after mulling it over I ordered over the phone with CS as an attempt. She ordered it with no issues, so I'm not sure if he was misinformed or saying that to get me to try a solid print or what. I was, however, informed by CS that there is warehouse maintenance occurring, so orders are taking longer. Whatever, I just want to see this elusive bag in person! And @Teagaggle if it comes with pewter hardware, we can swap :graucho:

No it hasn't, and ironically I emailed CS to see of they have a ship date because its been a week and a day since it was ordered. I ordered amid the warehouse maintenance thing, but I was hoping I'd at least have a shipping notice by today.
Darn....I was still hopeful for a miracle with Pewter hardware :lol:

What I want to know is, does the bag they're photographing, either with pewter hardware, or with a leather lined interior, actually exist, and if so, where can I find them! Haha!
I got to be honest, the Cassie has been my go-to bag. That thing is just so freaking easy and functional and I just love it to death! I really really hope they come out with more colors with dark hardware so I don't have to dye any more!

Everyone has a lot of love for Cassie. I'm just waiting for a color I need. Green w/pewter hardware please! And if I'm venturing into dream world I'll take regular vs. C turnlock, smooth glovetanned leather w/leather lining too!

I check the acct it was slated to be pulled from and sure enough, the hold was dropped. No one reached out to me, the bank or Coach for this! So I call to give them dh's card (he wanted points for the order) and even though I spell his name out for the rep, when I looked at the updated order status, she spelled it wrong! I call back again to let them know of the error, and am told that only an ambassador can change details of an order, and they closed 27 min ago! I swear if it gets declined again I will scream. Why is this becoming such a hassle??? I swear if this had taught me anything it is to only ever purchase from a SA in a store...

I really wish the Cassie had a 1941 type lining. It would have elevated the perfect bag even more.
