Omg, what a pain!!!! I swear this line has a curse on it!!
So on a hunch, because I had a feeling due to the misspell, it would cause another 'in limbo' status. I just went ahead and ordered another one online with the original card. And shocker of all shockers, it processed no trouble, AND the shipping status shows a different thing- Standard. The original order shipping status shows- Null. Null = In Limbo I bet :mad::cursing: So only because it shows 5 left in stock did I bother to do that. If I end up with 2, I'll pick the better of them and return the other. What a pain in the a**!
 
I'm so glad the person took the pictures anyway, I would hate to miss out on this preview. The collection looks great so far.

I am so excited to see the Duffles are back, but I really hope they bring back the smaller size too, I'm bummed I missed out on them (was waiting for them to hit clearance but they sold out fast). I tried on the regular size at the outlet but it's too big for my frame. :sad:
I wish they would occasionally throw out an east west duffle like they had a few years back with the last Legacy run.....but with pebbled leather.

Eeekkk...only 5 left, well now 4! I wonder if they are planning to restock this? I noticed the bigger versions keep bouncing between in stock and backorder. Ugh, not sure if I should have my SA order me one tomorrow.

I know! The larger size is on backorder, but will they get more of this size? Who knows! The elusive chalk was showing up as in stock off and on today too, I was tempted to order it....

Beautiful bag! I ordered the Tabby top handle in the colorblock Vintage Mauve. It’s currently on back order and should ship on Aug. 21st! So, fingers crossed! I also noticed that Sak’s has loaded the top handle Tabby and it’s listed as $495?

V strange! In store and online she is $550

Hopefully if you choose to order through Saks, it isn’t a mistake and you get it for that price!

I will be sure to post pics once it arrives! I can’t wait! Yeah - too bad Sak’s doesn’t have the color combo that I wanted, but hopefully someone else can take advantage of their mistake!
 
Well I'm glad I contacted them, I get an email response stating my purchase didn't go through, even though when you pull up the order number it states processing! I check the acct it was slated to be pulled from and sure enough, the hold was dropped. No one reached out to me, the bank or Coach for this! So I call to give them dh's card (he wanted points for the order) and even though I spell his name out for the rep, when I looked at the updated order status, she spelled it wrong! I call back again to let them know of the error, and am told that only an ambassador can change details of an order, and they closed 27 min ago! I swear if it gets declined again I will scream. Why is this becoming such a hassle??? I swear if this had taught me anything it is to only ever purchase from a SA in a store...
It shouldn’t get declined just from the name, it’s usually house number, zip code or phone number that gets it declined.

If I’m remembering correctly Saks post wrong prices frequently and eventually fixes them lol But if you order at the lower price that’s the price you get it for it’s their mistake. :)

You & me both sister. No call back as of 7:00 tonight so I called again (mostly because they told me not to send the purse back until they could get me a concrete answer on if a different bag with the correct hardware was available but I want to get it back by tomorrow since UPS is closed around here on Sunday and I want to get the credit process as soon as possible).
I spoke to a different CS Rep who did see the notes in the system. She said the original person would be calling me back later that night. There were two attempts from customer service to call me. Both only rang one time & when I picked up, they had hung up. Two hours later, I had an email from the rep indicating they had tried to call me but there was no answer. I think they were just buying more time. I'm completely frustrated with this situation. At this point, I'm not even sure if getting the bag with the right hardware is even on my radar anymore. Bad Coach customer service strikes again.
I'd like to return the bag to my local Coach store and order the right bag, which my local SA says does "appear" to be available. Of course, we really wouldn't know until it came in, but I don't want my local store to take the hit for Jax sending me the wrong bag.

I told my SA about your situation and she thinks Coach might have changed their mind about using the dark hardware. She said they do that a lot. She also said there is no way to order the color of your choice on that item.
If it were I, I would return it to a store for an immediate refund as travel time and processing can take 10 days or longer. I would place a new order with a supervisor so that she can send a message to the warehouse. I am anxious to learn what happens. Good luck.

Thank you. I already returned it his JAX last week (I didn't want my local store to take the hit for a return). Overall frustrating & disappointing but the sting is lessened by the fact that after using my colorblock Tabby 26, it's not an everyday bag as I had hoped. A bit too cramped.
That all said, given they were notified of the issue, the should change the photo. I would suspect the majority of people don't have stores that carry specific items so they rely on the online photos & details and the accuracy of same.
