You & me both sister. No call back as of 7:00 tonight so I called again (mostly because they told me not to send the purse back until they could get me a concrete answer on if a different bag with the correct hardware was available but I want to get it back by tomorrow since UPS is closed around here on Sunday and I want to get the credit process as soon as possible).
I spoke to a different CS Rep who did see the notes in the system. She said the original person would be calling me back later that night. There were two attempts from customer service to call me. Both only rang one time & when I picked up, they had hung up. Two hours later, I had an email from the rep indicating they had tried to call me but there was no answer. I think they were just buying more time. I'm completely frustrated with this situation. At this point, I'm not even sure if getting the bag with the right hardware is even on my radar anymore. Bad
Coach customer service strikes again.
I'd like to return the bag to my local Coach store and order the right bag, which my local SA says does "appear" to be available. Of course, we really wouldn't know until it came in, but I don't want my local store to take the hit for Jax sending me the wrong bag.
