To be honest, I agree with the black copper. I'd have liked to have seen more nickel silver used.Agree. I was so tired of that black copper on Rogues!

Love the flats! The bag too, but it looks awfully small. When can medium size bags be the trend?!!Sigh, I want this studded beauty so bad. But can't justify $550 on a small little thing. :sob:
Agreed, especially with Winter just around the corner. I know I'm going to need a bigger bag to lug around my scarves, gloves, and sweater. Hopefully this tiny bag trend dies quickly once Fall is over. I'm so over it.Love the flats! The bag too, but it looks awfully small. When can medium size bags be the trend?!!

I noticed more scrapes and wear on the black copper than any other hardware I've had. I know others didn't have this problem, but to me, it didn't wear very well.To be honest, I agree with the black copper. I'd have liked to have seen more nickel silver used.
They did on my mini studded Preston.I don't know why Coach can't or won't use antique brass! I think they look great!
See? It looks lovely! I really think they should use this hardware more often. They did on my mini studded Preston.
Even though I typically stick to solid colored shoes, I have to admit the floral patchwork shoes with velvet straps that wrap around the ankles are very pretty. I can't really pull that look off though. The straps would probably make the ankles look fat and my legs look even shorter.Came across this Vogue article with pictures of the new Tabitha Simmons bags.

I have the steel blue Rogue and just love the look of the pewter hardware! The combination is stunning!Rogues are my fav style, I think I have 11 (shameful lol) and only 3 are brass! They just didn’t release many of them in brass. I’ve had to let the black copper grow on me and it has but I’d totally have most of the hw on my Rogues magically swapped for brass if I could haha I’d keep my sunflower, dusty rose and nude pink black copper as I think they look better with dark
Edit: I would possibly change dusty rose to nickel or pewter hw! I can only think of one rogue, steel blue, that came with pewter and it is gorgeous!

I really thought Coach would do this for the 1941 line and was disappointed they didn't. This brass was iconic for Coach.Yes more antique brass please!!! Such a cool look! On some of the vintage bags I’ve been rehabbing I haven’t been over polishing the brass to keep the patina intact. I love less than perfect but still glowing old brass![]()
I prefer brass, but also like silver, brushed nickel, gunmetal and black.....just not black copper that has the possibility of chipping. As for gold, I don't mind a muted gold color, but I don't like the bright gold color....it just looks fake and cheap. You know it’s funny because as a brass hw fan, I feel like for quite a while Coach was focusing on the black copper hw. Everything was black hw lol It seems like recently they are releasing more brass. This could just be a perception thing because it seems like whenever I like a leather color or certain style it doesn’t come in my preferred brass. It seems like everyone feels this way about what they prefer. It’s just never our perfect combination lol
