just with pitone handles the bag itself is made of vernicetta

You ladies know me too well (or am I that predictable?). That is the very bag that I was discussing with my SA at the trunk show with the tiny pic in the look book she had (and thus I didn't really pay much attention to the actual S/S items right in front of me), and also the very pic that I was drooling on last night while cursing:wtf:at Project Runway finale.

The CA boutiques will get them with lambskin handles, and I could have it transferred here. I'm sure the python is giving it an extra oomph, but I would be much happier with plain simple handles.

However, I really need to see the colour in person, the price is insane for me, I'm not sure if I like vernice, and the online description "suede lining" is puzzling me.

In any case, my SA will be calling me as soon as she gets one (with python handles), and we will see if it's meant to be for me. After all, I am done, you know?;)

Hope you love it when you see it - Mid-!!!

Has anyone seen Lagoon IRL yet? Or heard what classic styles are going to be available in Lagoon?

OT - but does anyone know if as BV's online personal shopper Bryan can still work with those of us outside the US? I believe that shopping on the website only is available for the US (or at least it used to be) so I'm worried that means the rest of us will lose him (sniff).

I was in the downtown Seattle Nordies today and saw the CHENE INTRECCIATO NAPPA VERNICE DEGRADE BAG (AKA: dipped apricot/fire survivor Large Belly Veneta). I pulled all the stuffing out to try it on. It was a little stiff, naturally the patent is stiffer than the plain napa. I really liked the color. Then I poked around the other side of the BV display and they had the very same style in Nero and Nero patent. It must be something made for the wholesale market.

Got a message from my SA that the assenzio nuvolato tote with pythone handles is in. The colour looks great but also looks really shiny.:thinkin: I'm going to check it out on Thursday.

this is a new bag
It is the Vitellino Lisse' Sfrangiato bag

They did not do the brick bag in lagoon
However the brick in Chene woven nappa has arrived in stores and it is gorgeous

I love the chene color better than noce
