This is the type of wear you’d see with regular use. And it shows up more in lighter colors. All four corners to some degree will look like this. Over time the edges of the strips on the corner will darken and the strips itself will show scuffs.

One way to look at this is that you can just use the bag and not be frightened of the first scuff or mark. Might be rather freeing.

That said, even at 50 percent off this is still an expensive bag and if it doesn’t sit right with you, I’d send it back.

I personally wouldn’t keep a damaged bag. I would think about it and look at the damage each time I used it which would ruin the experience for me.

Merry Christmas BVettes, and in keeping with the BV theme, here are my three best friends this holiday season (I already drank the Gold one last night).
We woke up to a white Christmas, which we needed. Had eggs benny for brunch, and we actually have no plans for dinner. Everything is open tonight so, it’s dinner out or grilled cheese sammiches. I finally got a ring for Christmas.
Ok, so it was a key ring for my AirTag, but whatever. And finally a snippet of our tree.

I had the worst flu ever i think, so Christmas was low key for us. Our holiday card this year was a pic of our 3 pups in my croc cabat (when i posted my reveal last year, @indiaink suggested i fill it with the pups and snap a pic…..and it was perfect for our card - Cabats and pups lolol) so it was a BV kind of Christmas this year!
